They don't get orders right so much. Last time about a week ago my husband ordered 4 bacon and cheese sonic burger and 2 large tarot tots. We got home and no bacon. We had to go back, they gave us what we ordered by these things happen more often then not

We were at the mall and grabbed food and drinks. While we were waiting for our order (took a while in line to order and then to pick up order) there were customers who would pop over for a refills where you pick up orders to get a refill. Great Service! The gentlemen at the counter did a great job of balancing refills and incoming customers and handing out orders. However.,when it came to our turn to get a refill our daughter stood in the pick up order line and then when she asked for a refill when her turn came the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and told her she had to stand in line again behind the 10 people waiting to give orders. Moral of the story: don't expect to get equal treatment.

They're good but they can be slow at times. My biggest complaint is that they don't have the featured items that regular Sonics have like special flavored shakes and things. They also don't have the Cheddar Peppers which is a huge turn off for me. They should have the same thing every other Sonic in town has.
