I had ordered this from uber eats and my shake was spoiled, I got a baby size chocolate peanut butter shake and the first sip made me throw up it wasn’t till I smelled it (and drank it) I realized it was spoiled. I called the store and asked for a refund immediately. I’m beyond disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here. You could smell the shake it was disgusting.

Who doesn’t allow partial payments? Even gas stations do this. Very disappointing and the first sonic i ever had this issue with. By partial payments I mean half with cash and the rest with a card.

The guy who helped me with my order last night was very nice . I had a coupon and he didn't understand what it was for thru the Speaker so he kindly went out to my car and looked at the coupon and actually acted like he loved his job! Unlike in the past where i got people who came out with attitude or in a bad mood . I really appreciate this gentleman I didn't get his name all I no is that it was in the evening time around 6ish! He also went back and got me some ketchup cuz it was not in my bag when I checked it and he was more than happy to go get it for me ! I apologized for him having to go back and forth and he just responded it's ok ma'am y'all have a good night with a smile on his face ! We need more people like him.
