Wacky pack hamburger looked like it had been in a fight. I used gift cards and the machine wouldn't take them, the gentleman said it did and I told him I had tried both. So then he told me again but that he had brought a machine and it took them. Then I had to call him back to bring the Maranera that I had asked for.

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. Between the 15 minute wait and a line a mile long, and a vet inept manager, no receipt, food was dumped in the bottom of the bag, and greasy as hell!!
Asked for light ice on 2 32oz drinks. Was given 3/4s cup full of ice for bith drinks. They took my card had it for longer than just running it. They stated the card reader wasn't working. I still locked my card as soon as I got it back. It's been about 90mins & I got an attempted charge. I would advise to use cash or gift cards only at this location.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food and there is only 5 cars ordering. Not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. Don’t know if they are understaffed or what but this definitely needs to change to match sonics reputation of speedy service.
