Asked for light ice on 2 32oz drinks. Was given 3/4s cup full of ice for bith drinks. They took my card had it for longer than just running it. They stated the card reader wasn't working. I still locked my card as soon as I got it back. It's been about 90mins & I got an attempted charge. I would advise to use cash or gift cards only at this location.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food and there is only 5 cars ordering. Not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. Don’t know if they are understaffed or what but this definitely needs to change to match sonics reputation of speedy service.

We got a cherry limeade and they gave us barely nothing they gave us half and I also ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles and the pickles are expired they were brown and then I got my parents 2large chilli fries and they gave them 2chilli tator and they were burnt I’m so disappointed ?

The man who took my card today held it for about 5-8 minutes and then very slyly flipped me off. I asked if he just flipped me off and he denied it. I asked if he knew Jesus and he said he did and that He was his Lord and savior. Very strange to flip someone off for no reason and then lie about it. I’ll never eat from this location again. Ended up throwing the food away because I had a feeling they had put something in my food or drink.
