It didn't matter when you place your mobile order, it's at least a 35min wait. Whether you get there when the app states or after...... It's a 35min wait.

We placed an online order, checked in to stall 2, and waited for ages. Still nothing. Called the store for them to inform us that we never checked in. I ordered extra real cherries and didn't have any in my drink. Generally love sonic, but this store dropped the ball.
