Came to get a drink and a late night snack and the guy who went to take my order was just being rude for no reason. I asked for a drink that is on the app and he was just hateful saying they didnt have it any longer. When I said I would just go somewhere else he was real smartalic.

Following suit to many other places for order ahead and curbside pick-up Sonic now has parking spots reserved for those app customers. However, it does seem they have gone overboard at a few locations, leaving fewer spots for customers who prefer to park, order, and eat. With less spots to park in an already small parking area, more customers are forced to use the drive thru.
This location had good customer service, our order was correct, and our food was hot and fresh.

This place is amazing this girl named Angela has great customer service even when it was busy, especially when her line was backed up she still brought out my drink to me with a positive attitude and a great smile.Thank you

I am not one to complain but I order pretty frequently from this place and I had ordered a burger with cheese and bacon no pickles are tomato’s and the burger had no cheese or bacon but had pickles and tomato’s. I ordered it through the app and picked up at a discounted price so I can’t complain too much but it’s unfortunate whenever you pay for additional toppings and don’t get what you paid for. Called the manager and explained to him what happen but I was already at home and across town when I noticed it incorrect. He responded “okay” and hung up. I won’t come to this location again.

The person working the drive through today was rude. Young guy with dark hair and beard. Dude could not have cared less. Seemed irritated when I asked for picante sauce for my burrito. Deadpan voice as if he was in robot mode. Wake up and do better man.
On 8/14/25 @ 11:10am the boy that was working the drive up windows seems like it a inconvenience for him to be there very rude..if you dont like your job then leave ..

DO NOT EAT HERE! I’ve eaten here 3 times and EVERY single time they have gotten my order wrong. The employees are rude and the nicest way to say it very unknowledgeable!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different sonic.

I'm not a fan of Sonic s food because it's too salty for my taste but, I do love their drinks! I like being able to customize my sodas and shakes to my craving for the day. I also love to indulge in a hot fudge with hot caramel sundae once in a while. The staff at this location always get my orders right and if I order extra flavors or maraschino cherry, I actually get what I pay for, unlike a few other locations I've been to.
