They are using burnt oil and all the fried food has a bitter aftertaste. Service was ok, but this quality of food is unacceptable. If I had more time during my lunch break I'd go back and get a refund.

I've visited this particular Sonic many times in my life, and though usually good, I've had some bad experiences in the past as well. I guess like everything, it just depends on what's going on at that time and who's working the shifts. Usually, the service is good, though, so it's often a pretty good place to get a drink or eat.Parking: As is traditional for Sonic nowadays, there's covered booths to park in and order from with a built-in menu sign (that has a button to have a server take your order), a drive-through if preferred, and a couple of covered outside tables in the front to eat from with a built-in menu sign next to them for ordering your food and drink(s).
Our burgers didn't even have meat on them this time! We have had several issues with this sonic specifically, terrible customer service, orders are never right, and good is almost always cold or like warm at best. Do not recommend.
