I bought a cheeseburger with fries and a breakfast burrito about 5:45 on Tuesday the 18th. The order came unusually fast. I live right around the corner from Sonic so the food should have been nice and hot. WRONG. The food was barely warm. Not even hot enough to melt the cheese. The tator tots were so old I couldn't even chew them. I asked for NO jalapenos. The first bite I got a jalapenos. I took three more of my burrito. I got maybe three pieces of tomato. The fries had way too much salt and were cold. The burger was cold and had too much mayo and mustard. It felt sloppy. I used to love eating at Sonic but this trip has really soured me to ever going back. I have a limited income and don't eat out much. The way things are going in this world everyone is struggling to get by. It is just WRONG for people to have to pay for a service and not get what they paid for

Pulled into the parking stall to order. Literally having to yell my order to the guy taking the order because he “can’t hear me” and after I tell him my order he reads it back in a whole complete different way. Nonetheless proceeds to tell me they don’t sell wraps which I’m sorry if you don’t sell wraps then why you advertising that you do… oh wait it was just the employee that was allowed to take my order without being trained on the menu, some advice would be to be aware of your menu items or get trained properly instead of telling your customers that you don’t sell something that you clearly do. I gave up and went through the drive through, the drive through lady wanted me to choose between Reese’s, M&Ms or nerds to go inside my “ Blue Raspberry Slushy” I’m sorry but don’t put chocolate in my slushy.
Get a grip yall, 0 % professional etiquette for this location. And some retraining definitely needs to be implemented.

Ive been to this location twice since I moved back . The fries are always gross and cooked hours earlier! Im done with this location if that's what they feel is good enough to serve their customers. Shameful service!
Went with admittedly a large order which we went over 4 times. Some how they still messed it up. The manager was rude and disrespectful but what would I expect with a rating as poor as it is. Looking through the drive through window you could see food all over the floor. Order was still screwed up when we left. We order large combos and got medium drinks. They even acknowledged we ordered large combos and still somehow messed it up. They twice tried to give us a different customers order and we had to correct them. Don't waste your money on this location. It either needs to be shut down or a completely new staff thats proficient in food services because this isn't sonic quality service.

Abby is very rude, rushed me on my order, and then the carhop had a bad attitude everyone looks so unhappy there. Couldn't even give me correct sauces or be in clean uniform looked sloppy.

Shame on the manager or owner for allowing this sonic to just operate with one person. According to the gentleman working he was the only one there and it is backed up, food quality way down, because he’s alone. I don’t blame him, I blame the owner/manager

I would never go back to this sonic the food was cold, meal wasnt our meal, and on top of that we witnessed management bullying and making a young employee cry very unexceptable, the food was as bad as the management attitude this was on a Tuesday September 2 at 8:00 pm

I understand people have their days but this young girl was being disrespectful at the drive thru. Mind you ive always been treated well when i come to this location. And today was very different. Im preggo and i havent eaten all day. I went up to the drive thru and at first it was a male voice on the innercom and then it was a girl but she didnt turn her mic off and i heard “UGHHHHH!!!” And i was like that was unnecessary but i continued to the window. I get to the window and she tells me the total and then proceeds to tap all 10 of her nails on the window trim. And i was trying to be nice and unravel the money so it would be easier to put the money in the register and still tapping. Finally i gave her the money and she gave me a very unsincere smile to me. I did not appreciate the yell or the tapping and i will not be returning to this location for awhile.

Messed up my order and when I called they wouldn't even do anything to fix it or reimburse me.
