I used to visit this branch often because I love Sonic and it’s close to my home, but I’ve had enough. Most of the time the fries or tots aren’t even filled properly — sometimes it’s barely half a serving. Do they care about giving customers value, or are they just trying to cut corners?

They also don’t seem to check the quality of the food. I’ve been served old or overcooked tots and fries, and the presentation is sloppy.

On top of that, the men’s restroom is always dirty, smelly, and not maintained. If that’s how the restroom looks, I can’t imagine the state of the kitchen.

Everyyyyytime I come here they never give me condiments, if I order french toast sticks they don’t give me the syrup, if I order a hot dog they won’t give me ketchup or mustard, if I order a pretzel they don’t give me the cheese that comes with it… if this happened once or twice no big deal but it literally happens every single time

Take my advice as one who was dumb enough to think this place was a decent temporary job. No.... It is anything but "decent".... I'd much prefer to see the good people of Amarillo work for a car wash than work here.

Ordered a #9. Tried to give me a #6 and insisted I ordered that instead. Not sure what the point in arguing was. I'd know what I ordered. Even went so far as to tell me what a #9 is "for future reference". I don't mind places getting an order wrong, it happens and it's an easy fix, but there's no need to argue. Also got everything else in the order wrong as well.

Today I went and was actually suprised at the most wonderful and efficient service I’ve seen at a sonic in a very long time. The food was wonderful! The car hops were so quick and had smiles on their faces and even stopped to tell me another great item to try (which I loved)! Thanks so much- just wanted to say I SEE YOU!! Keep up the great work

Can't ever get an order right. Ordered a large lemonade and an ice cream with some cheese fries. Got a Dr pepper with no ice cream and soggy cheese fries. Asked for the right order.... 35 minutes later I'm just about drive off. Then they come out to the car with only the ice cream. Yeah nah. Never coming back.

Usually this location is top-notch, but while waiting at the parking menu, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and still could not get any service to place an order. So I decided to go through the drive through and it was a much faster experience. The food was awesome, and price was very fair. Also note that this was around lunchtime so I took that into account as well.
