“I LOVE this Starbucks location. I work downtown, so this is a perfect choice for me. Whether I order through the app for pickup, or go through the drive-thru, my order is always on point, the staff are incredibly friendly, and speed of service is remarkable. Not only are the drinks and snacks delicious, but the staff do a great job making me feel welcomed, appreciated, and like I'm the most important customer they've had all day. Truly impressive personalized service! This location is, in my opinion, the best Starbucks in town!“

“This is my favorite location in Amarillo, I do wish it was a bit bigger but oh well! What matters is that the baristas are very friendly and understanding! I have came here for years and I have yet to ask for a refund or to get my drink re-made because they come out right each time! I avoid Starbucks closer to my house because this is the only one I trust!“
“I asked for them to surprise me with a drink and like four of them came together and got me a strawberry ? drink to match my red hair and it was amazing! I think their names were Graham, Haelis (sorry if I spelt wrong), Jackie, and Jill. They definitely deserve a raise! Absolutely so kind and helpful. Even told me how to order it for next time!“
“My mother passed away October 21, 20024. Today October 26, 2024 I called the floral dept and was able to get a beautiful arrangement made and delivered to the funeral home for my momma. They were very kind. i wish i had a way to share a photo of the arrangement Carole the floral manager made for my mother. My momma loved roses and would absolutely love it if she could see it. The arrangement honors my momma and glorifies something my mother truly loved. Carole thank you so much for your help today. I would not have been able to make it happen with out you.“

“We have to stop at Starbucks before shopping. They do a lot with the little bit of space they have to work with. Wish there was seating. Target needs to give them more space.Drinks are always on point. Lose a star because of lack of seating, again not their fault.“
“Nice location. Not too far off the freeway. I almost missed it because the awning is blue due to the strip mall that it is located in. I’m accustomed to green. The drink was great however when I order outside of the app it’s never made with milk. I don’t need to select that in the app it’s a part of the recipe.“
“I came here immediately after a horrid experience at Buc-ee’s. I’m driving cross country from Florida to San Francisco and we stopped at the Starbucks for a morning, coffee and protein. We only had one baby snafu about personal cup credit and he was so nice about that. He just fixed it immediately for me so that I could get my reward stars and my discount for the two personal cups. The brew Verona was delicious and I also tried the new Italian sausage egg bites that were cooked just right. I would definitely come to the Starbucks again if I’m ever in the area.“
“Visiting from Montana & stopped for coffee, noticed a long line but still had a quick but super friendly interaction with Allissa at drive-thru today. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was efficient with my order, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She wished me safe travels and it’s always nice when someone takes a moment to be kind, even during a busy shift. Great service!“
