“I asked for them to surprise me with a drink and like four of them came together and got me a strawberry ? drink to match my red hair and it was amazing! I think their names were Graham, Haelis (sorry if I spelt wrong), Jackie, and Jill. They definitely deserve a raise! Absolutely so kind and helpful. Even told me how to order it for next time!“

“This is my favorite location in Amarillo, I do wish it was a bit bigger but oh well! What matters is that the baristas are very friendly and understanding! I have came here for years and I have yet to ask for a refund or to get my drink re-made because they come out right each time! I avoid Starbucks closer to my house because this is the only one I trust!“
“The Coulter location has always been our favorite one in Amarillo. Previously, we would dread going because of a manager who was there and the attitudes stemming from her, but I do have to make sure that everyone knows that Maddy has been one in a long time to go out of her way to be sure our order was right, and was very nice. Hopefully we see her more often cause she made our morning!!“

“We have to stop at Starbucks before shopping. They do a lot with the little bit of space they have to work with. Wish there was seating. Target needs to give them more space.Drinks are always on point. Lose a star because of lack of seating, again not their fault.“
“Jake at the window is one of the best I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. Great knowledge of all products, proficient with time. Had great recommendations for sugar free options. He gets me in and out with quickly. No useless banter, professional and friendly. Starbucks could use more like him throughout there chain.

As a teacher and daily Starbucks customer who travels often, I’ve visited locations all over the country. This Amarillo location had exceptional service—the barista at the drive-thru was exceptionally happy, friendly, and professional.
However, the sun was shining directly into her eyes. This store would really benefit from a drive-thru awning—not just for customer comfort during the interaction, but to support the team working in harsh sunlight.
A small upgrade like this would make a big difference. I hope corporate considers it—this location deserves it. Will be emailing corporate. Thank you for a great experience Amarillo!!“
“My mother passed away October 21, 20024. Today October 26, 2024 I called the floral dept and was able to get a beautiful arrangement made and delivered to the funeral home for my momma. They were very kind. i wish i had a way to share a photo of the arrangement Carole the floral manager made for my mother. My momma loved roses and would absolutely love it if she could see it. The arrangement honors my momma and glorifies something my mother truly loved. Carole thank you so much for your help today. I would not have been able to make it happen with out you.“
