I came here immediately after a horrid experience at Buc-ee’s. I’m driving cross country from Florida to San Francisco and we stopped at the Starbucks for a morning, coffee and protein. We only had one baby snafu about personal cup credit and he was so nice about that. He just fixed it immediately for me so that I could get my reward stars and my discount for the two personal cups. The brew Verona was delicious and I also tried the new Italian sausage egg bites that were cooked...
Jake at the window is one of the best I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. Great knowledge of all products, proficient with time. Had great recommendations for sugar free options. He gets me in and out with quickly. No useless banter, professional and friendly. Starbucks could use more like him throughout there chain.

Something about Amarillo.. they have EXCELLENT customer service. Ms. Faith greeted us with a gorgeous smile and positive, happy attitude. What a breath of fresh air!!! Gave 4 stars on the food because the sandwiches were a little over-cooked, but personal preference, really. Either way, I'd highly recommend this location for staff and customer service alone!
