Jake at the window is one of the best I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. Great knowledge of all products, proficient with time. Had great recommendations for sugar free options. He gets me in and out with quickly. No useless banter, professional and friendly. Starbucks could use more like him throughout there chain.

Something about Amarillo.. they have EXCELLENT customer service. Ms. Faith greeted us with a gorgeous smile and positive, happy attitude. What a breath of fresh air!!! Gave 4 stars on the food because the sandwiches were a little over-cooked, but personal preference, really. Either way, I'd highly recommend this location for staff and customer service alone!

Drink was adequate. A venti white chocolate mocha is $6.77……——- This Starbucks in Amarillo, Tx had ZERO seating in the lobby. Walk-in and walk-out AND drive thru. NO SEATING AVAILABLE locations ought to be more obvious and transparent. Especially if you are not a local resident who may already know the situation….
