Starbucks

Whining employee kicked us out of the empty outdoor seating because we wanted to finish our ice cream from cold stone before getting coffee. Way to run off customers, bro.

I love this Starbucks- the drinks are always made on point, the service always kind and efficient. I frequent it for its typical excellence.

However there is one staff member that always makes it an annoying experience. Every time I visit and “Aaron” is working the drive thru he always says “Hi welcome to _____” and will say the name of some fast food restaurant. Annoying start but whatever. Then when I go on to order and he recites the total amount back he always will say “34.99” or “100 dollars” or something that is NOT the proper total and far more than the total.

I get that he is trying to be funny and a jokester or whatever but it is so misplaced and incredibly irritating to not even know my total and how much money to get ready for the window when he makes these “jokes”. I don’t mind people making a joke or having fun at work but whenever it is blatant mis-information regarding the order, it is not amusing, funny, or conducive to a straightforward customer experience.

I order a hot americano almost everyday. Whenever I get one from this location it is always luke warm in temperature and tastes more like regular coffee. When I go to the location on Georgia street it is always piping hot and taste's as an americano should. Staff is friendly most of the time.

Hot mocha was only warm, Americano came without cream. Or milk. Or creamer. Manger said you have to ask. Really? They need to look up Americano maybe.

Unfortunately the way the drive through is set up if this is your first time here it may be confusing.. the speaker is across the parking lot. I got in line- one car in front one behind. Was told I’d have to go back around. Asked where is the speaker “back there where you make the turn” go around again.. still didn’t see it. Call ask if I can order and pick up at the window. “So you want to come in” no I have kids in the car.. no one is behind me can you just pass it out the window. Apparently that’s not something they can do. Decided not to take a fourh pass around the building… seems to be a disconnect both of my ability to see and in these baristas providing customer service.

I had the best experience this morning with Ian as I got my drink...he was super positive, happy to have a conversation and all in all, a perfect way to start the day! Thanks Ian for being so incredible at your job!!

Parking: It just depends TBH what days you go and are the busiest Starbucks ain't the only place there to buy food or sweet's ?

Kid-friendliness: I mean ig yes.. its a kid friendly place just watch out for the kids not to be knocking out all them Cute Starbucks Cup.. just keep an eye out ppl work hard to keep a place looking nice and neat! Loved how clean it was in there too!✨?
