Barista was very nice and cheerful. Coffee was great, as it always is. Drive-thru was a bit odd, but it worked.

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS STORE.

I paid double the price for a coffee that arrived EMPTY. DoorDash only refunded $4 when the coffee alone was $6.25. I paid double the price for an empty coffee. There were no leaks on the bag and the seal had not been broken. This was an issue from the store. Even when I picked up my bag you could tell it was empty. Horrible impression.

It’s ridiculous that they separate your mobile order!! I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my last item. When I asked the barista he said that the system pushes all tea items to the bottom which is ridiculous! Now the barista was super sweet and got my order fast. I just hate the system that the company has in place!

Literally the worst Starbucks. They can NEVER GET A UBER ORDER RIGHT. They always forget at least one item. It’s like a bunch of teenagers work there.

I have the same drink every day at primarily Soncy, things worked out different today where I had to have my coffee here today, never again, I drink a tall caramel macchiato, hot, the only thing right was the size it was room temp and not a single bit of caramel, feel like the guy who handed it to me knew it was wrong too, just chose yo be lazy or a jerk, idk which, but its cool, you never have to see me again

This is my favorite location in Amarillo, I do wish it was a bit bigger but oh well! What matters is that the baristas are very friendly and understanding! I have came here for years and I have yet to ask for a refund or to get my drink re-made because they come out right each time! I avoid Starbucks closer to my house because this is the only one I trust!

I think it’s utterly insane how poor the customer service is at this location. Since when does Starbucks make you order something in order to get a pup cup? I come to this Starbucks weekly to get my dogs a pup cup and I’ll get myself a treat occasionally. I have never been told I needed to order something in order to get a pup cup. When I explained to the employee “well it usually isn’t a problem but thank you” she continued to say. “Well honey it’s apparently been awhile since you’ve been here” when I just got some pup cups not even 3 days ago lmao. I ended up driving off to not continue arguing. As a Starbucks employee they shouldn’t come at customers with disrespect when I didn’t have any at all towards her. (I assume with the cameras y'all have on the menus you can see this whole interaction.) I will be continuing my business elsewhere.

Good customer service

Whining employee kicked us out of the empty outdoor seating because we wanted to finish our ice cream from cold stone before getting coffee. Way to run off customers, bro.

I love this Starbucks- the drinks are always made on point, the service always kind and efficient. I frequent it for its typical excellence.

However there is one staff member that always makes it an annoying experience. Every time I visit and “Aaron” is working the drive thru he always says “Hi welcome to _____” and will say the name of some fast food restaurant. Annoying start but whatever. Then when I go on to order and he recites the total amount back he always will say “34.99” or “100 dollars” or something that is NOT the proper total and far more than the total.

I get that he is trying to be funny and a jokester or whatever but it is so misplaced and incredibly irritating to not even know my total and how much money to get ready for the window when he makes these “jokes”. I don’t mind people making a joke or having fun at work but whenever it is blatant mis-information regarding the order, it is not amusing, funny, or conducive to a straightforward customer experience.
