I’ve been coming here for a couple months now after I found my favorite coffee combination and I have loved every coffee/ experience since, but the last week the team has had attitude and I’ve had to have my drink remade 3 times because it’s Not right. But everytime I go in or ask to have it changed they say it’s not wrong with an eye roll. Starbucks is too expensive to be having this kind of attitude and consistently messing up our drinks.

Don't ever order from here through DD or similar apps. Because they will put you at the end of the line while making drive thru orders first. The reason that food got a 1 star is because that part of the order sat out for over 10 minutes while waiting for the drinks to be made.

First time at this location. Seemed like we were tolerated. Order was for an iced coffee and a cake pop. My name wasn't taken. While other customers a head of me were called by name for orders. I barely heard the girl call out the drink then barely place the cake pop and say cake pop as she was looking away. It was $10 for both items.Other employees were kinder and friendlier to their customers.

I work for door dash and went to pick up an order. Lady said she was working on it. I ran to my car to get my purse so I could make a purchase of my own. Came back. My order was done and told them I was waiting on another order for door dash and stood there waiting…. She had gotten done with the order and didn’t even let me know. Rude. Bad customer service. I’ll never spend a cent there again!
