The service is really horrible it took him 5 minutes to say we'll be right with you took another 5 minutes I told her to scan my phone for points which she did not and the food which was not food is actually the drink it just tasted like if the milk was rotten in the drink just to be real honest so we have to toss that out it was horrible I'm a truck driver I would never stop there ever ever ever ever again

Nice location. Not too far off the freeway. I almost missed it because the awning is blue due to the strip mall that it is located in. I’m accustomed to green. The drink was great however when I order outside of the app it’s never made with milk. I don’t need to select that in the app it’s a part of the recipe.

I usually get a good drink, but today was different! I paid $4 extra for both drinks to have protein cold foam and what I got hardly qualifies! This is the WORST excuse for cold foam ever! The other locations do a much better job! For an extra $4 I definitely expect more! Do you see any cold foam here other than a small swipe on the lid? I think not!

As a teacher and daily Starbucks customer who travels often, I’ve visited locations all over the country. This Amarillo location had exceptional service—the barista at the drive-thru was exceptionally happy, friendly, and professional.
However, the sun was shining directly into her eyes. This store would really benefit from a drive-thru awning—not just for customer comfort during the interaction, but to support the team working in harsh sunlight.
A small upgrade like this would make a big difference. I hope corporate considers it—this location deserves it. Will be emailing corporate. Thank you for a great experience Amarillo!!

Chill spot when you travel across I-40 often. Nice spot for a break before or after the city-city of Amarillo. They had 'Texas' gift cards, so i could give to friends
