We stopped here while passing through town and I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app. The drinks were ready quickly and the employees were nice, although I didn’t really interact with them much. One of our drinks was a caramel macchiato and it seems to have no caramel at all -the syrup or the drizzle.

Just spent 25 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of me, then when I get to the window another 5 minutes. I always order food first so they can start it before the coffee but this store is just slow. At least 5

Went thru the drive-thru and declined to “pre-tip”. The team member just handed me my items, no napkins, no words, just closed the window. It’s disappointing how “all-in” Starbucks has become as a company of beggars to subsidize their team members wages, even though they are not on a tip wage (vs full-service restaurant servers). Further, they beg for these “tips” prior to the actual service being rendered….the service being preparing and handing me a coffee, which I drove there to order. Ridiculous and pathetic for a company of Starbucks stature, but apparently their desire to “allow” customers to subsidize wages outweighs their desire to pay fair wages and run a high-quality business without holding out the tin cup of a homelessness (“anything helps”).

Attention Everyone! Stop in Amarillo to see Cadillac Ranch AND the Worlds SLOWEST Starbucks! With only 4 cars in front of us it took literally 30 min to get our drinks. Will never return to this location again.

Waited for 20 minutes in the store for a drink that was set by the drive through. Cashier entered my name wrong. Lid was on drink poorly and it exploded in my hands walking out the door. Terrible experience from start to finish.
Service is horrible, lady at the counter was very impatient and disrespectful. Ambiance was good but lowered when dealing with her. Food was pretty good

Amarillos best place to get your day started with good coffee. Quick and most importantly friendly service in the morning is awesome.
The drive through was confusing because it's part of a small shopping mall. The staff charged for things I didn't ask for and told me that was how they rang up what I did ask for. The same beverage that I get nearly twice a week at the other stores closer to my home tasted watered down and flavorless. Either they don't know how to make their drinks according to the same recipe every other store does or their staff didn't appreciate me trying to ensure my order was correct. I WILL NOT come back to this location. I hope it helps for others to decide if they're going here or not. ?♀️
