This Starbucks doesn't do their job right. The Stanley cup was supposed to be released today. So many people waited for hours to only be told they put them out early and sold out yesterday.

I ordered a grande cold brew and was told they were out of grande cups but I could have a tall or a venti. So I told them j would take a venti, which I also paid for a venti. I had my kids with me and was trying to beat the rain so I took my drink and ran them to the car, otherwise I would have gave the drink back. This was the worst cold brew I have ever had. It literally was see through and tastes like super super sweet water. I had a 2 1/2hr drive with 2 toddlers so I was really really disappointed. This is the closest Starbucks at 2 1/2 hrs away so I rarely get to go and then I wasted money on a coffee I literally dumped out because it was so sweet and gross

Traditional Starbucks focuses on selling pricey coffee with underwhelming staff. There wasn't any sugar or creamer on hand, and when you eventually got the barista's attention away from her phone, you saw her glance at you with contempt.

We have to stop at Starbucks before shopping. They do a lot with the little bit of space they have to work with. Wish there was seating. Target needs to give them more space.Drinks are always on point. Lose a star because of lack of seating, again not their fault.
Although substantially overpriced already, they always find a way to rip you off more. If you open their sandwiches with cheese, you'll find not a slice of cheese.. but that the bread was dipped in cheese, coating it in a fine layer.
