So my drink was supposed to be no ice and they had added ice and then they gave me the drink half full. I asked them are they really gonna serve it to me this way and they all they did was add milk Couldn’t even remake it for me the right way

Visiting from Montana & stopped for coffee, noticed a long line but still had a quick but super friendly interaction with Allissa at drive-thru today. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was efficient with my order, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She wished me safe travels and it’s always nice when someone takes a moment to be kind, even during a busy shift. Great service!

Ac vents are filthy, I can imagine cleanliness of the store affects the cleanliness of the drinks and food. Tables always have dust, dirt and debris on them. Obvious no one wipes or cleans the dining room.

The lavender oat milk latte was absolutely delicious! The shots were nicely pulled and they didn't allow them to die like I've experienced at other locations. Fantastic and friendly baristas!

The Coulter location has always been our favorite one in Amarillo. Previously, we would dread going because of a manager who was there and the attitudes stemming from her, but I do have to make sure that everyone knows that Maddy has been one in a long time to go out of her way to be sure our order was right, and was very nice. Hopefully we see her more often cause she made our morning!!
Order was not quite right and we are traveling and could not go back to the store. Called to discuss and girl who said she made the order said she did them correctly and said they.could remake them if we came back which was not an option. I order trenri vanilla sweet cream cold brews all the time and this one actually started making my stomach turn and have digestive issues a few sips in. I don't do normal coffee for that reason and only do cold brews.
