The employees are friendly and I really appreciate that! However, I had to stop going to this location because half the time, they are out of an ingredient needed for my drink (I get the most basic drinks on the menu). đ

Overpriced coffee, drinks, and a few snacks.
Definitely rather have some Dutch Bros or coffee if I'm out, or from home.
You'll easily spend close to 10 on a drink here if you add a tip.
Employees act miserable to be there. Seems fake and forced. If you're new and ask a question they treat you like you should know the answer already. Overall, most starbies are this way. Just not my thing.

Ordered a venti and this is what I received. When I asked why was it not filled up I was told it was supposed to be that way. Iâve been ordering this drink for a long time now and this is the first time theyâve given it to me like this. The ladyâs name was Jo and she claimed to be a shift manager

Waited 20 minutes just for other cars to turn the corner and cut in front of about 8 cars that were looped around .
The girl who I spoke on the phone sounded like she did not care
Ended up leaving to go to roasters or anywhere else besides Starbucks because thatâs absolutely ridiculous.
Why is there two entrances when itâs supposed to be only one line
I personally did not know itâs alright with Starbucks to budge myself in between the. Order screen and about 8 cars who were already waiting. And for the employees to do nothing baffles me .
Reminded me why I donât go to Starbucks. I was looking forward to my yearly caramel apple spice but with service like that itâs not worth it.

Mannnn I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, this was so watered down you can practically see through it. Every sip you get a hint of espresso and mainly sink water. This was so bad I didnât even wanna give it to a family member to finish off, I would literally accept wasting money than to finish that bad boy up. Wouldnât even dump the âcoffeeâ outside on the ground and recycle the cupâŠ.. nah I will literally dump the water down the sink so it doesnât interfere with nothing else and chunk the cup in the trash so it gets obliterated. Maybe itâs a sign of the universe to not order fall things in August ?
