Subway in Amarillo

“I stopped here today 5/9/2021 April did my order and let me tell you she is amazing very friendly she does your sandwich just the way you ask her too and I travel cross country and this subway is cleanest subway/restaurant I have stopped in years. Subway you have a very good employee. Thank you.“

“The lady serving had a harsh tone when she asked what we wanted. Then a man wanted tea and the machine wasn't prepared before she got there. We had to listen to her, griping both to herself and to us the whole time we ate. Right before we left she said, "I'm putting the bathroom key on the counter in case you need it." Then she went in back“

“Eh. It's Subway. Drink machine was not working this day but bottled drinks were available. It's clean and the staff are quiet and respectful (I add this as I have been to other Subway stores where the workers are just rowdy and noisy behind the counter - not so at this location). Will return when I'm the mood for their offerings.“

“Don't let the location throw you off. This location is inside a truckers gas station, but the staff makes sure that the presentation and appearance is clean. It's a small truckers gas station but, it's clean. This subway is a 24 hr spot. That's a big bonus in this town

Vegetarian options: It's subway. The selection is limited but you make it work“

“Well the staff are very friendly and patient with you if you have someone in your group that can't make up their mind and I love there food and deals they have too.

Vegetarian options: I love all the variety of vegetables toppings too especially if you have a restriction on the kinds of foods you can eat.

Parking: They having nice enough area to park in but wish it was bigger parking lot.

Dietary restrictions: I'm glad they have stuff on the window that tells you how many calories or grams everything has it helps a lot, because I can only have so much calories for that day.“

“The service is very slow. There was only one guy at 8 pm and he took 10 min to get to us coz he was doing DoorDash orders. He was very slow too. It took us 20 min to get out of the place with our sandwich. It’s not a fast food. The toasting went a bit too far and hardened the bread.

Overall not good. Not recommended.“

“Food was on par for Subway. The kids working the night of 8/7/2022 were helpful and friendly. A previous customer had left the women's restroom a mess, and the employees quickly cleaned it up. They were quick to complete our orders and didn't flinch when we asked if the salad we ordered could be chopped. While we were eating a mother and 12 year old son came in, the son got upset and stormed out knocking the door off its hinges. I was able to fix it for them and the kids were so grateful. They try hard there.“

“I went to subway this afternoon and Luis helped us. He was friendly, fast and washed his hands when he changed gloves! The sandwich was perfect and he was very patient when we asked for specifics with our dressing. Thanks Luis for such great service keep up the good work!“

“I ordered online yesterday afternoon around 4:45 pm for pick up. When I arrived at 5:00 pm my order was ready and waiting in the pick up area. I was so impressed with the sandwiches. Whoever made them did a great job. Both sandwiches were made exactly like we asked and they were the best looking subs we have had! The meat, veggies and sauce were placed on the bread perfectly- nothing fell off and no sauce oozing all over the wrapper or bread. They were delicious! I wish I knew the name of the young lady who was working because she deserves a major shout out!! Thanks for providing us a great experience and 2 wonderful subs for supper!!!“

“awesome place to eat very clean everything is well stocked and smells amazing staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and wanted in their establishment I personally love how they sometimes have conversation with their customers instead of just being a rude in and out type of restaurant all around outstanding service and great food and atmosphere!“

“Under new management and honestly absolutely love the general manager and d owner. They are very sweet and take their time with your food and engaging with customers. They don’t take coupons and they did let me know the specials they run instead of coupons. Definitely recommend!“

“It's a pretty good Subway. They are very efficient. They're pricing is uneven. Yesterday I had a veggie delight on flatbread with a cookie and a Coke for $7 and some change. Today I had the same minus the cookie and they charged me over $8. Not sure why that was. The sandwich tastes great!“

“Went there to get a salad and boy, what a salad! Full of meat and lettuce and spinach. It was filling and delicious! Tipped my salad maker. She was great! Funny though, I went there about 1 year and a half ago and was really disappointed. Looks like they turned the corner!“

“They were out of a few items right at the start of lunch. That forced me to change my order. The staff were very nice despite the items being out of stock and helped guide me to something new. They don't have all the same selection of cheeses you see at some other Subway locations. Overall, it's decent but not the best Subway around.“
