I have never been so disrespected during a dining experience. They didn’t want to make our sandwich and you could not only tell by their demeanor but the tone in their voice as they are asking what was wanted on the sandwich. The sandwich was awful and the service was even worse!!

Eh. It's Subway. Drink machine was not working this day but bottled drinks were available. It's clean and the staff are quiet and respectful (I add this as I have been to other Subway stores where the workers are just rowdy and noisy behind the counter - not so at this location). Will return when I'm the mood for their offerings.

Tay gave amazing customer service today. She was helping a hearing impaired gentleman in line in front of me. She was kind and patient even though he had her repeat herself multiple times. A-1 service!!!!

Me and my bf went in at 9:33PM and the worker up front didn't greet us in the beginning and didnt really conversate at all. It was just us and we even waitied a couple minutes to get asked what we wanted to order as well. I understand he was in the middle of cleaning up some dishes and the store was going to close at 10 for the night BUT it was just not a welcoming atmosphere and we felt ignored right as we enetered. He was going back and forth from putting stuff away before even saying anything to us or even looking our direction.
Don't recommend coming to this location.

I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and he just put plain chicken w/o saying anything so i didn't know until we got home.

These employees need training. They tried to charge me 150.27 for 3 sandwiche meals, and 6 cookies. They have no knowledge of what is on the menu. Seriously please get them someone to help train them

Every time i go in here there is something different that they do wrong, i have never been in there where they were not out of things, they don't restock, the employees dont know what they are doing, and subway is so out of ideas for things that they take away tortillas, only give you the option of the flatbread for wraps that they have always had anyway and call it new? Really?
