My sister flew in from Germany and was starving, so we stopped at this Subway around 10 PM. They’re listed as being open until 11 PM, but the employee had already closed early and was rude about it. Not only was it frustrating because this was the closest place to the airport, but it was also incredibly unprofessional. And judging by the other reviews, this is clearly a recurring problem that management doesn’t seem to care about. This location is losing business because staff are closing whenever they want

The lady that was serving me her name was angel, her mom should have named her the devil instead because she was a nightmare from hell. She was asked kindly to put lettuce on the sub and she only put like 3 leaves and when I asked her to put more she shouted loudly well you should have said extra lettuce and then literally proceeded to put on 3 more leaves of the lettuce. I then asked her to put extra onions and again she put on like 3 onions and I said to her this has got to be a joke right like you’ve only put 3 onions and again she shouted at me very loudly and stated these onions are not just for you we have other customers as well you know. At this point I didn’t even feel like eating the subway and wanted to leave as her demeanour became very aggressive and i felt unsafe. When it came to the sauces she kept shouting, asking me to say the names of the sauces louder. I would keep repeating myself louder than before and she kept shouting back at the top of her lungs saying say it louder. There was no one else in the shop and I have never feared for my life like this before. I took the subway as it was and chucked it away. The whole experience made me loose my appetite and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. This horrid place don’t deserve the one star.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in tired and hungry, hoping for a quick meal, but was kept waiting for over 30 minutes with almost no explanation. When I politely asked for Italian bread several times, the employee became noticeably rude and dismissive. Eventually, she outright refused to serve me for no valid reason.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve always liked Subway, but this experience made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management looks into this incident seriously and provides proper training to ensure respectful and professional behavior toward customers.
Worst service by the black fat lady named DEE She doesn’t even know the basics of customer service and soft speaking. Very rude without brain

Make sure you SPECIFICALLY ask for the build your own sandwich or they will charge you for a specialty sandwich. Then if you ask to speak with the manager she will take her time getting over to you. And they DEFINITELY won’t refund anything or work with you. Go to the McDonald’s next door.
