What is wrong with this Subway? We have given this location several chances. They cannot read the orders on the receipts and even when you point out your order to them from the receipt, they argue with you!! Our order is always wrong! Like all sandwiches are mixed up and wrong sizes. Most disrespectful place ever.

The only reason to ever get subway is with their coupons. The place is outrageously overpriced otherwise. They took out almost all the sandwiches from the coupons, so we will not ever be back.

Absolutely the worst! The sandwiches were just thrown together. Like literally thrown together. Too much cheese and definitely not enough meat it was just plopped onto the sandwiches in two balls didn't even get spread across the bread. Like subway needs to train their workers so that they are the same at all of them. I'm editing this review to less stars on the service. Absolutely the worst they have no idea what they are doing. I picked up the order and couldn't place my other online order because they didn't know how to do it to show the order was picked up so now I have to go to a different store. Ridiculous even management didn't know what they were doing!

I placed a online order for pickup which told me my food would be ready at 7:20pm I arrive at 7:25 and the food hadn’t even been started, they were out of olives, and I had specifically placed instructions to heat one of my sandwiches not toast. Never again will I be visiting the hillside and western location! I’m not a complainer usually but this is ridiculous

Went in today to get a sandwich. One other customer waiting. No one even acknowledged we came in. Left after about 10 minutes. Horrible service

I stood in the store for about 10 minutes before I was helped. Then as I was helped, the guy making my sandwich was interrupted by another employee about 3 or 4 times asking questions about online orders. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

Went there to get a salad and boy, what a salad! Full of meat and lettuce and spinach. It was filling and delicious! Tipped my salad maker. She was great! Funny though, I went there about 1 year and a half ago and was really disappointed. Looks like they turned the corner!

I asked for subway sandwich, the girl forgot to put the roast beef ,and the layers were extremely thin. She piled lots of shredded lettuce to make it full. The quality of the sandwich was very poor.
On that branch you can NOT see whst type of meat or cheese are available. All is covered with a silver metal. The staff did not even care ar all. You could tell. We Will never go there again. I guess they were told pit less for more profit!!
Not very smart move.

I made a curbside mobile order and arrived a few minutes before my order was estimated to be ready. When I pulled my order up on the app, it said it was ready so I checked in. Ten minutes later, I call the restaurant to ask where my food is. The worker told me that they’ve had a lot of mobile orders so he can’t leave to bring my food to my car and that I have to come in to the restaurant to get my food. I explained that I have children in the car, hence the curbside pickup. Nonetheless, I pulled up right by the door to go in and pick up my food. Then they couldn’t find my order. After several minutes of waiting while my small children waited in the car, I finally had my food. Not worth the trouble, nor the price. Bread was stale, sandwiches weren’t toasted like ordered, sodas were carbonated water, and I had moldy chicken.
