Ordered a simple white bread ham sandwich to go. Got home and the bread was old and hard as a rock. We have always had bad experiences at yhis store.

Went in today to get a sandwich. One other customer waiting. No one even acknowledged we came in. Left after about 10 minutes. Horrible service

I stood in the store for about 10 minutes before I was helped. Then as I was helped, the guy making my sandwich was interrupted by another employee about 3 or 4 times asking questions about online orders. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

Went there to get a salad and boy, what a salad! Full of meat and lettuce and spinach. It was filling and delicious! Tipped my salad maker. She was great! Funny though, I went there about 1 year and a half ago and was really disappointed. Looks like they turned the corner!

I asked for subway sandwich, the girl forgot to put the roast beef ,and the layers were extremely thin. She piled lots of shredded lettuce to make it full. The quality of the sandwich was very poor.
On that branch you can NOT see whst type of meat or cheese are available. All is covered with a silver metal. The staff did not even care ar all. You could tell. We Will never go there again. I guess they were told pit less for more profit!!
Not very smart move.

I made a curbside mobile order and arrived a few minutes before my order was estimated to be ready. When I pulled my order up on the app, it said it was ready so I checked in. Ten minutes later, I call the restaurant to ask where my food is. The worker told me that they’ve had a lot of mobile orders so he can’t leave to bring my food to my car and that I have to come in to the restaurant to get my food. I explained that I have children in the car, hence the curbside pickup. Nonetheless, I pulled up right by the door to go in and pick up my food. Then they couldn’t find my order. After several minutes of waiting while my small children waited in the car, I finally had my food. Not worth the trouble, nor the price. Bread was stale, sandwiches weren’t toasted like ordered, sodas were carbonated water, and I had moldy chicken.

Got in line. Lady brought her food back saying bread was dried out. They replaced the sandwich, but I watched the guy put almost raw bacon on her sandwich. Then when we ordered, we had to repeat everything we wanted over and over and over. He was just not there. His head was off in clouds. I even told him he was not listening. My food was ok. My wifes food was not as she had asked .

I will never return to this location! I go to this subway regularly and I order the same thing every time and the price is never the same I asked the cashier if she is charging me for the billed you own that I requested or the one that has more meat and cheese because I didn't get that on my sandwich and she told me that they have to charge for the more not the billed your own because that's what they're manager tells them to do .so I asked why do you have it on you menu if your not going to honor the price they said they can't do anything about it! So I asked for the manager and was told they are not there and then I asked the girl that was working the register for the managers name and she asked the guy that had also been talking to me and his name tag said Noah on it if she can give me the name of the manager and he said nothing in return and she wouldn't give out the managers name!

I am really disappointed in the fact that it being around 5pm there was only one worker available to complete inside, drive-up and online orders. It’s unacceptable for a business to do this, as it slows down and causes longer wait for customers. The one person there was nice and friendly, as well as checked in multiple times.
