Avoid the midnight lady. Hygiene is zero she doesn't change gloves and doesn't care about customers' time. She intentionally does things slowly and keeps complaining that she's only one person until a few guys in the lineup left. I think she figured out if she does this that costumers won't wait and leave and that's less work for her. I swear it took her 23 minutes to do one costumer infront of me so I showed it to the guys behind me and they left. It's terrible. I left the sandwich half way because i realized she didn't change thr gloves even tho i told her to. Terrible lady

9pm stopped for the night. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki flatbread sandwich. Asked for it not to be toasted, just wanted the meat and cheese to be warmed, ended up with a cold sandwich instead - unappealing

The flatbread was still frozen, and so the lady refused to make me a wrap. I can't eat the bread it puts me to sleep. I can only have the wraps or tortilla. Is it not My Way anymore? I wanted my frozen wrap bread toasted. She refused, so I did get breakfast. The yunger employees these days are the laziest people in the world!
Just stopped in for a sandwich and a couple of other things. The ladies were wonderful, thank you, Miss Lori, for helping me. You were amazing. Keep up the good work

Clean enviroment. Watched the worker AMANDA check out a customer in front of me, with gloves on, grab his debit card and play with the customer side of the debit machine, and then go right into making my sandwhich. Asked her to change her gloves and she ignored me and went right on with making my sandwhich.Management: please retrain this employee that that handling debit cards/debit machines and doors are not to be done with the same gloves you make a persons food with. No pretzles at this location even though the sign is bigger than Dallas that they are sold at this location as you order.

Ordered turkey bacon ranch salad . It was assembled upside down. Meat and cheese was all on the bottom. I don't eat bread . So was hoping it resembled the flavor of a sub but fell very short.
