Today 09/13/ 2025 time 1 am I went subway .Avoid the midnight lady. Hygiene is zero she doesn't change gloves and doesn't care about customer. I threw this food into the trash. Be careful.

I came here after working a shift this morning and I wanted to get a sandwich and this location is supposed to be 24hours the lady who was working this morning at 4:30. Said that she wouldnt take my order because subway was closed til she came back from her break. Which shouldn't be my problem, when the site is supposed to be 25 hours! This location needs to either change their hours or hire more people to work. Such an inconvenience. Loves are getting out of hand and so are the food places they have inside them.

Avoid the midnight lady. Hygiene is zero she doesn't change gloves and doesn't care about customers' time. She intentionally does things slowly and keeps complaining that she's only one person until a few guys in the lineup left. I think she figured out if she does this that costumers won't wait and leave and that's less work for her. I swear it took her 23 minutes to do one costumer infront of me so I showed it to the guys behind me and they left. It's terrible. I left the sandwich half way because i realized she didn't change thr gloves even tho i told her to. Terrible lady

9pm stopped for the night. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki flatbread sandwich. Asked for it not to be toasted, just wanted the meat and cheese to be warmed, ended up with a cold sandwich instead - unappealing

The flatbread was still frozen, and so the lady refused to make me a wrap. I can't eat the bread it puts me to sleep. I can only have the wraps or tortilla. Is it not My Way anymore? I wanted my frozen wrap bread toasted. She refused, so I did get breakfast. The yunger employees these days are the laziest people in the world!
