This Subway on Washington Street and I40 is the place you need to go. The bread here is always fresh. Don't go to Subway especially on Ross Street if you want bread like a brick.

Under new management and honestly absolutely love the general manager and d owner. They are very sweet and take their time with your food and engaging with customers. They don’t take coupons and they did let me know the specials they run instead of coupons. Definitely recommend!

The worst subway we ever been to, lady was rude and unprofessional, charged us $12.33 for a footlong Tuna outrageous expensive, didn’t give us receipt as well , I am surprised that this store is still operating under this management.trash was on floor by the tables. Lady wouldn’t give receipt because machine broken. She opened register manually and took our money.

Employees were friendly, but they dont take coupons!! If I had known that before hand I never would've gone there. So I had to spend over $20 more than I would have which honestly subway sandwiches are definitely not worth full price.

The kid making the sandwiches couldn’t figure out how to separate cheese slices, piled all the cheese and meat on top of each other concentrated in one area, couldn’t figure out how to work the toaster and put the thinnest layer of guacamole on my sandwich that I have ever seen. At the end they charge me $2 for a light glaze of guacamole and then tell me they don’t accept coupons. I have a coupon for 2 ft long sandwiches for $12.99. I ended up paying more than $27 for two subpar sandwiches. This establishment is garbage. I will never return to this location ever again.

I generally like subway, but for some reason this subway doesn't accept the coupons they mail out, and has also recently claimed over half of the entire parking lot to the strip mall with signs threatening to tow.

I ordered 6 sandwiches all foot long none of which was right I called the store and the manager started yelling at me saying that I was lying because he made them hisself. I ordered online to pick up in the store waited 30 minutes to get them went in the store to begin with and he tell me your gonna have to wait I haven't started them yet and it's gonna be a while. There was no one in the store but him and me.
I said that's fine so I set down.
He cussed me on the phone refused to even let me talk then hung up on me. I called back 4 different times and he picked the phone up and hung up not even letting me or my husband talk.
He is rude unprofessional and I wasn't trying to get anything just was letting him know as the manager they're some areas of extra training if there is new people.
That being said none of the sandwiches were toasted 2 didn't even have any meat on them and we ordered bacon on one never got and guacamole on one we never got one smothered in jalapeños and lettuce only no meat which wasn't even on it and none Of the bread was even correct. We spent almost $100.00 the only sandwich that was right was a meatball sandwich. Did not get pictures was to upset to be treated so unfairly. That manager has no management experience whatsoever. If so he would not have hung up yelled or try to over talk me

No longer taking paper coupons! $12.00 for a turkey sandwich at subway hurts my heart. I don’t believe the quality is worth the price $$. If I was going to pay 12 i would’ve went to any other sandwich shop and been happier. They should be happy they stole my business I guess.
the dude was a cool, the lady was rude saying they didnt take paper coupons, even though its the local one and i live down the street and got it in the mail but whatever. the nachos get half the amount advertised for a damn footlong
Awesome service and fresh food best bread I’ve ever had
