Don't go to this lake location if you want to use a paper coupon they no longer accept them. I don't know what it is about this particular store but they never have enough employees they never have enough product and something is always broke

This review has nothing to do with service. The gentleman making my sandwiches was polite and very good at his job. My one star is for the fact that this location no longer accepts the flyer coupons I get in the mail, instead they suggest you sign up for the app rewards which I couldn't find a way to redeem in person. It's all online ordering. I come to subway because with the coupons it's a very affordable way to eat out with my family, especially in this economy. But I don't know if it's subway wide or this location in particular but that option has been taken away from me. I will no longer be coming to this location unless they bring back the ability to redeem the paper coupons.

Location is good. The attendant was nice courteous and professional. My complaint is for white bread and less than 1 ounce of turkey, which was weighed by me once I got it my order home. For $12.00 (SANDWICH ONLY) is ridiculous. Could you slice it? Any thinner? I’m done with this Subway. I go to others frequently went out of town and the meat is twice this as are the vegetables. 5 paper thin slices on 12” sub ?

I’m done with this Subway location and their app. For the third time in as many months I placed an order using the app, which notifies me that my order is ready. I drive to the store, only to find out the order isn’t even started. What’s the point of having an app if it can’t sync with the actual store operations? The staff acts clueless, as if it’s my fault for showing up during a “rush” when their app told me the food was ready. This is not just frustrating—it’s completely unacceptable. Being asked to wait after I’ve already wasted my time driving there is ridiculous.

Store was clean. Waited a few mins until the woman took out order. She was proofing some bread. There wasn't any in the warmers. She wrote down our order on the 1st piece of white paper. And still asked my husband what kinda cheese he wanted. Both of our protein products were still cold. Our wraps came out lookin like taquitos. The woman didn't want to put any veggies on our wraps. My husband didn't say anything but I asked for Xtra veggies on my wrap. She was scared to do so. Overall the worst store in Amarillo.

Worst subway in Amarillo. They are always out of something and mess up orders. I'm done coming here, Everytime there is a problem. Today I got 6 meatballs for a footlong sub. Good job on staying consistent.

By far the worst subway in Amarillo. If you want to wait 45 minutes for a okay sandwich go here. If there’s more than 1 person in line by the time you go inside just turn around and leave because it will be about 30 minutes before the worker will get to you. Terrible service, nasty quality food, and they will mess up your order somehow almost guaranteed.

Shame on the manager and shame on the owner. This manager has abused his power by total neglect of his employees. For a fact of one employee he continually took off work weekly with his assistant manager wife leaving one employee to work slave like hours. They would go in so early in the mornings long before one customer would come in only to get stoned in the back room and leave extraordinarily early. Calling that a full day when "said" employee could take no more after a period of time she quit. His punishment for her was not to change her address on her W-2... Refused multiple requests by her and the IRS to rectify the situation. Refused to answer phone calls and any other means of communication available. And as if that punishment wasn't enough would not respond to the many requests of CCMS to last day of employment information so that she could have daycare to continue to work. The list of employees that he has taken advantage of and abused are atrocious. He is an abomination of character. Even more so I have to wonder about the character of the owner who continues to allow this man to run his store and manage and abuse people. If you are thinking about applying here save yourself the hell. If you think about eating here his food handling is just as bad as how he treats people. I hope people will boycott his store and go the extra mile to a Subway not owned by a Mr.Horkie. These people not only give Subway a bad name... They give humanity a bad name.
