Whatever Samual is getting paid, it is NOT enough. service was amazing, food was great, he was extremely friendly and i felt like i was talking with an old friend. PETITION TO GET THIS MAN A RAISE !!! best subway i’ve ever eaten.

restraunt was clean. employees were nice, but very clearly did not know what they were doing. the district manager made my sandwich and he was pretty unprofessional….he could not focus on my order. i had to repeat myself several times and i still did not get everything i asked for…also almost everything on the soda fountain was out

One of the worst Subways in Amarillo, Texas!!!!
Everything on the south-side of I 40 you should be good to get food from. I would recommend staying clear from a lot of restaurants on the north side of town.

Employees of this store Nathan and the new guy Austin good luck to him on his training . I go in about 8:30 and Nathan told me that it will be about 15min wait he had a big online order and he was by himself at first he was backed up a couple of orders he did call other stores and no one came to help him cue Austin the new guy shows up jumps in and helps Nathan so there was also a guy in front of me waiting as well so here is 8:50 And here is Austin the new guy making my Doritos Nachos with Nathan helping did a wonderful job they loaded it up for me with a smile not rushing me out Nathan was positive and cool even though no one came to help him from other stores. Thank you for the service and the positive attitude. And the nachos were great Austin!!! Good Job 👍😎 And 👍 for Nathan great employee you have there.

My order was not fulfilled. I was not contacted for any resolution and was told they needed to contact corporate just to have a simple order done. Long story short they did not have any bread. There was one employee who was sitting with customers. Wasn't keeping himself busy and seemed upset that I was inconveniencing him going into the store.
They did not bother to contact me and they did not bother to help me fulfill my order before getting to the restaurant to pick up.
I had to tell him what to do as in leaving a note on the paid receipt so that I can have it redeemed.
And when going to another store to fulfill it on Glemlake Rd I was told I need to contact corporate for any resolution. Very disappointing

Ordered sandwiches at this location so I could do curbside and not have to get my 1.5 year old and 1 week old out of the car. Drove 35 minutes just to be told they didn’t have curbside for them not to answer the phone and say they had no phone and for her to tell me she didn’t make my sandwiches because they had no meat and that she would’ve called if she wasn’t busy but I thought they had no phone. Not to mention when I pulled up she was outside with two guys chatting away while the store was left unattended. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service and once I left she went back outside and continued chatting with the guys when there were customers inside ready to order.

Everyone worker I have met is always a humble human being. The service is always good and the workers know how to control the environment. The subs ingredients are always fresh. They also have the BEST cookies, and footlong nachos.

Sam the Manager had great customer service, I absolutely recommend this location (right by the Tascosa High) You will definitely feel the vibe (lol)THIS IS THE BEST SUBWAY. Give Sam 5 stars!!!!!!!! W’s in the chat 🫰🏽🫰🏽

The new staff is amazing they did a clean sweep and hired all new employees they were fast and had everything in stock and the new manger greeted and cares about his customers definitely coming back
I placed an online order for two footlong sandwiches and a footlong cookie for a 4:30 PM pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, I was informed that I was lucky cuz I got the last two loaves of bread in the store (at 4:30!), and they had no more to bake. Meanwhile, they still had tickets for three other orders but no bread to fulfill them. Instead of notifying customers, it seemed like they were just waiting for people to show up and leave empty-handed.
Our bread was stale, and we had to microwave the sandwiches just to make them edible. As for the footlong cookie I paid $5 for online, they don't have those and couldn’t issue a refund. In fact, they have never had any of the footlong items that Subway advertises. (What?!) Instead of a refund that they said they couldn't give, I was reluctantly given a couple of regular cookies (which the worker almost dropped on the floor) and two bags of chips.
On top of that, the main worker felt the need to share how he had fired and hired four people in one day last week, while four other employees stood around. As the main dude tried to shove the chip bags into a narrow sandwich bag that already held 2 sandwiches barely, crushing them in the process, I had to ask him to stop smashing the chips (Really?).
The whole experience was bizarre. There was only one other person in the store — a girl sitting at a table with a baby, who appeared to be the “baby mama” another reviewer mentioned.
This was hands down the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I will never go back — do yourself a favor and find another location!
