God awful terrible service. Ordered food for delivery, of course something was forgotten as is Taco Bell, but when asking for a refund I was told I had to come to the store to get my money back on their error. I ordered delivery for a reason. Flo is passive aggressive and refused to give me the number of her DM. Very rude and unprofessional.

Don’t bother buying a large… this location does bare minimum on the effort…
Whenever I ask for veggie Fiesta burrito I swear it's just a bean and cheese and rice burrito with sour cream the only thing I substitute on it is black beans everything else should be in it and it never is.i know it's suppose to have guacamole in it and tortilla strips and it never does.

First off I waited in the drive through by myself (no other cars) for about 5 minutes. Hell, I thought maybe they were closed. So I pull around, ready to leave, and find 3 employees inside chatting near the drive up window. They seemed rather put out when I said sternly, "hey there! I'd like to order some food!" And then it turns out the had taken off, once again, the only real reason I'd ever go to Taco Bell - the Enchirito. So I got a couple of tacos and headed back to work. It's Taco Bell, set one's expectations low and one won't be disappointed.

Everytime I come here they tell me only door dash is allowed to pickup stuff after midnight but it clearly says the drive through is open til 3 a. M.

I didn't like the fact that a homeless man was denied food when he asked for anything to eat. The lady denied him because Flo apparently gets mad and yells at them. When someone is hungry, you feed them. Be grateful you don't know that kind of pain and desperation. Shame on you Flo for letting you numbers control you. Giving him food would of made a world a difference for him . Nemo was super friendly and helpful.
