The girl working the window was so rude and acted miserable. Didnât give me my change, so when I asked for it she handed it to me very rudely and shut the window in my face afterwards. Every little bit of change helps in this economy! Donât assume that I dont need it. She didnât even ask if I wanted my change back.

Love me some Taco Bell but Taco Bell has fallen into the pool of poor customer service yet want to be the best. How is it ok that the only personal customer service experience you can get it by driving through the drive through. When your truck doesnât fit because of poor design. I know my problem not thereâs but come on! Just about every where you go now you have to checkout yourself out, and god forbid you need a receipt. Whatâs next?! Weâll be cooking it too! Itâs not about having anyone serve me, itâs about the experience!
