The manager was rude sorry but the tacos I took back weren’t fixed correctly and shell broken well, she had to do was offer to remake me two new tacos Or something in the same price range but had an attitude at the window snatch the bag here’s a refund sorry but at least make the food right I’m just saying she didn’t pay for it but anyway kind of manager is that other that this Taco Bell usually isn’t that bad!

Went through drive through. Ordered 3 supreme tacos and one cheesy Gordita crunch, add sour cream. 55 cent charge. They gave me 3 regular tacos that look like they’ve been made for about 5 hours and no sour cream on ANY of the order. And the kid at the window mumbled the entire time. Yeah…. Won’t be going to that location again.

If i could leave no stars i definitely would by far the worst experience ive had the old lady working morning on veterans day needs to be fired or quit she clearly doesn’t like her job got the window slammed in my face maybe for asking for a minute to look at the menu asked for sauce there was absolutely none in the bag and when i went in for some she was being even more ugly i didnt choose your job its customer service and of all the days why be ugly and disrespectful on veterans day the ignorance of that old lady needs to be checked and im never one to complain but im not the 1 or the 2 to get disrespected

Food was completely cold (the cheese wasn’t even melted AT ALL!) They got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected someone else from the back came in to tell me that he put my food in the bag. He finally gave me the correct food after arguing with him. Would rate it zero stars if I could!!!!
The employees at this store are working their butts off, but they took an hour to get not just mine, but others food out. They were short handed by 4 people, so at no fault of their own are they behind. Sounds like a management issue.

This Taco Bell was TERRIBLE this evening !! Me & husband went there and ordered a #6 They burnt the tortillas and had to Many onions n Hardly Any beef .. I thought Iwas pose to had gotten the Quesziono or what ever u calls them .. They gave us a Bunch of SLOPPY Burritos and 3 tacos !! 🌮 Trust & Believe Me ; We Will Not Eat at that One Again !! And we lives 5 mins away from it !! Smho 😡

Then proceeded to not only give us dirty looks but also yelled at her coworkers/crew in front of us. Yelling and screaming. Coworkers and customers were treated with disrespect this evening and next time I expect much better behavior.
