Food is good. Service was horrible. The older waitress was completely and utterly disrespectful and blunt. Then proceeded to not only give us dirty looks but also yelled at her coworkers/crew in front of us. Yelling and screaming. Coworkers and customers were treated with disrespect this evening and next time I expect much better behavior.

This location is the absolute worst. Every time I order a soft taco supreme, it's NEVER a soft taco supreme. I ordered 3 Mango Peach Refescas and got 3 Pinapple Refescas. They need to fire literally everyone who works here and hire competent people.

Order was not correct and had items missing that I'd paid for after being pulled to the side and waiting almost 30 minutes.Staff was rude when I had to exit my car and go in for the items missing. Had to wait another 10 minutes

Im completely OVER IT with this toilet of a location. Something is almost always wrong with my order, and the last door dash order I submitted for pickup, they gave it to someone else by mistake, and I was just SOL.
Bro WTH the whole order was under cooked you missed a fri and put 0 ice in the drink I ended up just throwing that shit away it was tonight around 11:00
Absolutely disappointed in this taco bell. I specifically told the girl when I ordered Soft Taco Party Pack NO Lettuce but yet I get home on other side of town and they have lettuce. Went through the drive thru at 135 am should have checked it before I got home as I'm allergic to lettuce so now I have to get rid of my dinner

This place is HORRIBLE! Had to ask if they take our order or use the kiosk after standing there for 20 minutes and the employees just staring at you don't even try to communicate, food was old, chalupa was so hard couldn't even eat it, employees were rude! Also we waited 1 hour just for food that wasn't even good!!!
ordered online and picked it up through the drive through, took it home, ate half of my food, started eating my quesadilla and realized i was chewing on a fingernail. had multiple problems at this location before but this puts the cherry on top. called the location right after and spoke to them manager, didn’t believe me at first then kind of shrugged it off until he realized i was upset with it. supposedly fired the woman. i show up, everyone is wearing gloves and after a couple of minutes of being ignored we finally get the manager. he acts like he doesn’t care and rolls his eyes multiple times and since i ordered on the app he can’t give me a refund and gives me 5 free taco coupons, i guess for my inconvenience. nonetheless, this is going to the local health department and to taco bell’s support.

Great customer service and the order was exactly what I asked for 7 items and 4 different types of sauce and everything was exact down to the quanity of mild sauce packets!!

I ordered a hard taco and burrito supreme. Guess I should have checked because I got two soft tacos instead. And the drinks were awful. Do better!
