I was passing through, and I went inside to order due to the drive thru being backed up. I go inside and there’s a whole fight about to break out between employees. That’s why the drive thru was backed up. Then one of the employees were told to clock out. We waited a while for our food, received our food and was missing half of it. We were not pleased with this experience at all. We really would like a refund on our food. And won’t be back to this location. Also the food was just thrown together. It was made so sloppily.

The last two times I have been here to pick up an online order, it had been a terrible experience. The first time, the lady was yelling from the back about how I was wrong on what I requested to be removed from my food after I had to bring it back. Example Lettuce, spicy ranch like I didn't request it as I was ordering ONLINE. But here we try to give them a second chance and show up for the online order again right after we ordered it (we live 5 mins away)and they told us someone else took our order and it will be 10 to 15 min before they can remake it because others are ahead of us. You're right it was our fault someone took it. Last time, giving the western location a chance. Please someone help them get their customer service and fast food status together. Loosing business by the day.

Went to tacobell they had a guy in the back braking stuff and the manger had to keep switching my order. They finally gave me a refund after they didn’t have beef but offered steak just so you know steak is beef. Ended up not even getting my order because they messed up so bad

Late night snack hit the spot. Staff was friendly.
The food was the same as always. They didn’t have a burrito on the menu that I was wanting. The young girl working the window came over to help me order on the kiosk. I was wanting to get her name to leave it here to say thanks, but the manager, who was kind of rude, made it clear “she is busy”.They were short staffed so I think that was where the attitude came from. But still no excuse.Besides that same as always.

Why does this specific store have such a high failure rate for not giving sauce. 4 times in a row......if you're doordashing you are sol for requesting it.

Multiple times I’ve come in and it smells like bathroom. And no not convenient timing i have picked up multiple orders from here on uber eats and each time have to smell bathroom, almost like they clean everything with the bathroom cleaner or use the same air freshener.

I dont expect much going into a tacobell.Walked in cashier wouldn't come to front after 3 employees called them to the register.Ended using the kiosk, should've checked my order before I left.Order was wrong on all 4 items, mods weren't complicated.Quesodilla had no sauce, the 2 burritos order had so much sauce and extra sour cream when order without you could even eat it, falling apart with every bit just soggy.Called back after I got home the employee who answered couldn't have cared less.Waste of money.
