This location used to be one of the best in Amarillo. We live out of town and have eaten there twice in the last 8 weeks, both times the food was cold, dry and far from fresh. We will not be eating there again and possibly ever. I spent almost $30 on food that was so inedible, it went into the trash after one bite. On 7/26/25, the meat from the chicken cantina burrito, was so dried out and overcooked I thought it was bacon.

Every time I went to this Taco Bell near the United on 45th and Bell these kids mess up my order. Every time I pay for extras added they charge me but never put it on my tacos. Never order a chulupa. The shells are always stale and hard and they will really serve it to you like that's ok. Don't expect customer service in any capacity from a store ran by children with absolutely no work ethic.

I liked the service it was very friendly and fast but got our order correct. We went through the drive thru so can't say how it was on the inside but the customer service was good. The day was a pretty day so is traveling we just ate outside in the vehicle and enjoyed ourselves..by the way order through there app makes it even better.
Doing doordash I eat Taco Bell a lot and I'm grateful for Taco bells dirt cheap and they're fast

I don't get many good experiences at Taco Bells in general, but tonight I had an awesome cashier named "D" who got creative and hooked me up with some great tacos despite them being out of a key ingredient. They were out of the potatoes for the taco I like so he threw some fries in instead and honestly they were better than the normal tacos. I'll be back and I hope they give D a pay bump, cause while I'm sure he's destined for better stuff in the long run, I'd like to have good taco bell interactions for as long as I'm able.
