they acted like they didn't want to be bothered to take your order. lobby was ice cold. no heat at all. the quality of the food was nasty...my cheese cup for my nachos was half fool....what a waste of money.

I know. I know what you are thinking... Taco Bell gets this many stars??? I was almost going to not say anything so I could keep this location a secret. But honestly I wouldn't go to any other location if you can get over there. The crew is almost ALWAYS happy... Service is top notch compared to my previous visits other locations. I haven't been back to Taco Bell since around 2022. The other location gave me food poisoning for the first time in my 40 plus years on this planet. This location is always clean and efficient. Keep up the epic work guys and gals.

Asked for extra fire sauce. Gave me 3 for my order of 3 tacos and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Asked for meet and cheese only and pretty sure they put extra lettuce on them. I was the only car there so it’s not that they were busy. Thanks

This location used to be one of the best in Amarillo. We live out of town and have eaten there twice in the last 8 weeks, both times the food was cold, dry and far from fresh. We will not be eating there again and possibly ever. I spent almost $30 on food that was so inedible, it went into the trash after one bite. On 7/26/25, the meat from the chicken cantina burrito, was so dried out and overcooked I thought it was bacon.
