They were severely understaffed, so you can’t complain about that and most of their staff was training, but when we were waiting for our food, two of the workers there that were trained and qualified, kind of started screaming at each other, which made the atmosphere in the lobby very uncomfortable to be in.

Came through the drive through to order food and overheard a hefty set lady in a collard shirt calling customers in the store fat as well as other comments while speaking to other employees.

Was there on 7/21/25 around 8pm and the lady who took our order had a great personality and took great care of us. We took the food to go and brought it home (about 10 miles) and when we got home the food was still hot and delicious. The nachos were really loaded and the mexican pizza was the best one I've ever had. We tried the new BBQ chipotle chicken fries and they were fresh and delicious. We live between Canyon and Amarillo so we have the option for either Taco Bell and this one by far is our favorite.

Best Taco Bell in town. Even if they make a mistake they are kind and get things done quickly. Food is always freash. The workers all even the mangers should get a raise. Coming from someone who know how crazy it gets in that kitchen.

This store can serve decent food. Problem is behind the scene. Unsanitary procedures are being ignored in this location. Vaping in the back room and in the refrigerated walk in for food storage. Seems the management is ok with these discrepancies because it continues to happen.

Taco Bell on Hollywood did it again. I went there earlier yesterday and got a 7 dollar box. No tomatoes on my chalupa as requested and no beans on my five layer as requested. Food was hot and customer service was great. Got a friendly greeting and nice workers through the building.
