Service was nice and friendly. Used the kiosk to order take away. Order was wrong and lacked all the ingredients ordered. Basically received a lettuce taco. Didn’t want to go back to get order correct, but won’t revisit this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. We love taco bell. We ordered in late after a long day wanted something fast and we didn't get two of the things we ordered and the “90s gordita supreme” tortilla was raw.

I ordered food and he proceeded to get mad I was ordering food with modifications. I can’t have cheese. I got to the window and asked for a request of a sausage burrito because my son wouldn’t eat just potatoes. He got so irratated with me and tried to get me to leave as quick as possible. Handing me my stuff as quick as possible. Do better workers.

We patronize several taco bells. Rating is for canyon, tx taco bell. I will not return to canyon taco bell. Employees have attitudes. Sour cream looked like someone spit into it. Very disappointed. Employees forgot they represent their store. I will return due to food tampering.

This taco bell has a training center attached to it, I guess the employees haven't figured that out. This taco bell is honestly average, but for one remarkable feature, whether you order one item or ten, as custom as you want it, one item will always be wrong. Always. It's like, they have a taco based religion with a god that demands incompetence, but only a little. It's bizarre.
Ordered on the app and went to go pick it up....the restaurant was closed!! Had cones blocking the entry and no one answered the phone. It was a frustrating thing because there was no indication that this store was closed and I wasted my time and gas getting there. The app definitely took $ right then but it will take 5 business days to get my money back. Overall, very irritating situation.
