They were severely understaffed, so you can’t complain about that and most of their staff was training, but when we were waiting for our food, two of the workers there that were trained and qualified, kind of started screaming at each other, which made the atmosphere in the lobby very uncomfortable to be in.
Was there on 7/21/25 around 8pm and the lady who took our order had a great personality and took great care of us. We took the food to go and brought it home (about 10 miles) and when we got home the food was still hot and delicious. The nachos were really loaded and the mexican pizza was the best one I've ever had. We tried the new BBQ chipotle chicken fries and they were fresh and delicious. We live between Canyon and Amarillo so we have the option for either Taco Bell...
Best Taco Bell in town. Even if they make a mistake they are kind and get things done quickly. Food is always freash. The workers all even the mangers should get a raise. Coming from someone who know how crazy it gets in that kitchen.
