The food at Taco Villa is good, nothing special in my opinion. But I have always had such amazing interactions with the staff! I see them greet everyone with a friendly smile and greeting and they are helpful and professional. Not what you tend to expect from a cheap fast food restaurant. I really appreciate the effort they put in.

Let me first say that I have enjoyed Taco Villa for many years. Live in another state now but frequent Amarillo. The last several times I have visited here, I have observed staff wearing latex gloves, that work the register, clean off tables, touch every thing in the restaurant, and prepare food with the same gloves on hands. This is one of the most disgusting things ever. I guess keeping their hands clean, but food tainted is ok. For the record, I emailed company through their website, no response, otherwise I would not make a public comment.

Taco Villa on coulter used ti be outstanding. Great service great food great to go experiences. I don’t know what has happened since then but the last 4 visits our drive-thru order has been completely wrong. We keep giving them more chances due to our history together but the rope is running short. Figure it out please.
