I got 2 meat burritos and 3 taco burgers and the taco meat was water fown I guess t o make it go further on already over priced food the tortill and buns fell apart in our hands it is such a shame I have lied taco villa for over years and now it is getting like every other fast food chain BARELY EDIBLE
When I go home I always visit one because we don't have any in DFW

Good food usually but poor service. Ordered soft tacos and it was noted on the order display as such. Brought it home opened it and found it was all hard shell. Called up there and they said they would remake it and didnt require bringing back the hard shell. Went back and they were rather rude about the whole thing the woman at the counter and manager both. Despite saying they would take care of it accused me of being rude while ordering, being on my phone (I checked the time wasnt a phone call or nothing). And they tried to rapidly escalate the situation. Offered to repay to have them remake it and they did remake it at no extra cost. But was very not happy about the whole thing.

I was raised on taco villa i will always love the simple bean and cheese burrito.
Ordered a chicken salad with extra chicken because if you don't you pretty much just get lettuce for almost $7. Extra chicken is another $3 just to make it a normal chicken salad..Says it comes with cheese and EVERY TIME you get a chicken salad the cheese they give you is almost no existent. Size of a dime..Got a chicken salad and a meat burrito for $15 DOLLARS!! The greed of this average fast food company is very high..Don't waste your time if you want a chicken salad. It's worth paying 12 to 13 dollars going to Jorges and getting a REAL ONE

Went bout 930 horrible hard tacos stale everything usually love this place but past few time I've been afternoon am pm it's been horrible they need to pick it up wont be going till I see or hear bout improvement hope management or there staff make improvement very disappointing
