We no longer live near a Taco Villa so when we get to visit one it’s a real treat as both of my kids grew up eating it. On 8/17 we visited around 9:40 am. We ordered one breakfast burrito and one meat burrito. Our food was consistent as always my mom loved her breakfast burrito in fact. However, the young Hispanic lady working the window really seemed pissed off that we even stopped by. I asked for salsa and napkins and you would have thought I asked her for a kidney. She never smiled, asked if we needed anything else and when I said thank you she abruptly shut the window. How rude! Maybe she needs to be preparing food not working with customers.

I love the nice ladies there Mary Ellen was the sweetest lady that brought our food and even checked it to.make sure it was right. I will be back just because of her.

I think my taco shells for my chicken tacos were a bit stale. The lettuce didn't taste right to me. Had to take lettuce off my tacos. My husband said his burrito was great.
Worst customer service ever. The people at the window has a bitchy attitude just because they have to do their job and slams the window shut in your face while you’re talking.

My family loves Taco Villa so while passing through we put in a big order. Shana was so helpful and double checked everything was perfect multiple times even after ordering and communicated great with kitchen. Our food came out wonderful as always. Just wanted to let y’all know she cares about the customers and does her job phenomenally.
