Took a gamble on this place and to me it really was not that good. I had the queso birroa order and that was ok. Flavor was ok nothing out of this world. I also had two tacos de trips that were not good at all. They did not clean the tripe bury and really salty. My first choice that u was ordering was a torta of asada but the lady informed me that they did not have the bread It was not that late and for a place that offers tortas and not have it hmmm. The wait time was about 35...
They are always busy, so your food will take a long time to get to you, but it's worth it. You also get to wait in your car and they'll bring the food to your window. Don't let the crowded parking lot spook you, the food is amazing.
My favorite taco truck in town, Al pastor & asada are on point. I love the lingua also, the tortas are great. Get real Mexican food, not meat thrown on French fries, not sure where this idea came from. I guess if your from Denver you’ve never had real Mexican food in your life
