A very bad place to go even eat food. Their black woman manager is just so loud and has a very bad attitude. I very been to tailwind places in some different airports but definitely the one in Amarillo airport is not a good one.
Supposed to be open till 5 according to app. Not so. 330 and it's all locked up.no wonder only 2 stars.
I felt terrible for the employees. They were working so hard but with only two people they couldn't keep up. Long lines and long waits. Manager / owner - get these workers more help!
Since the new owners are taken over this place has gone downhill. Wrong food when you order it, out of basic items
If I could I'd leave no stars Jacque is the manager there an she is the worst person to work for I worked for her for a yr an it was the worst yr of my life she's terrible calls u names behind ur back I really can't believe they made this women a manager!!!! They really need to fire her!!!
Nasty overpriced undercooked food, and even nastier service from "The Manager" (HORRIBLE ATTITUDE)This place needs an overhaul. Wish there was a corporate number listed.

Our early morning fight was canceled so we went to the Tailwind for breakfast. It took over 45 minutes to get the meal. Then the meal looked cobbled together. Burnt toast and scorched eggs. Not a very good experience.
When I show up in an airport at 6 AM for a flight I never expected food to be palatable or even present. This airport was a exception to the rule. I ordered one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The muffin was perfectly cooked slightly Chris, the egg was fresh peppered and perfectly salted and the sausage patty was tasty. The friendly service was fantastic and I walk out of that airport and all of my flight with a smile on my face
