We went around 5:30, party of 2. Our server was very busy with other tables so an adjoining server had to apologize to us and get us our drinks and salads, my husbands meal was fine but my steak was way under cooked, medium well was what I ordered and believe I was given medium rare, the server never came back to see if it was good, this location has went downhill the past 6 months.

The best Texas Roashouse we've been to.
Customer service is always great at Texas Roadhouse, but for some reason the food here is better than the other Texas Roadhouse we normally visit (in Albuquerque NM). The steak for example is just more flavorful and fresher.

I have been to this restaurant several times and the food has always been an excellent quality and so has the service. I don't think you could go wrong with whatever you order. They have the restaurant business down pat. I highly recommend this place for steak, ribs and whatever else you may like.

Fantastic, only short on service as the waiter mixed up our order. My steak was cook to my son's but delivered as with his choice of extras. His steak was cooked to my preference but they forgot the shrimp.🥴 In the end, all good. Great place, great food.

Our prime rib was disgusting last night. We ordered it medium and when they brought it to our table it literally had blood all over both pieces and pretty much raw. And they brought our salad out never had time even take five bites and here came our main entree.

Excellent service and food. Short wait. Our waitress Ayra was exceptional and courteous. Our dishes arrived within a short time delicious and hot at our table! The manager came to our table and others to check if everything was good. Pleasant atmosphere to dine. Will return again when in Amarillo.
