Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We were just passing through, on our way to Kentucky. Food was delicious and tender.Parking: We parked right outside the front door.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to be told they put my phone number in wrong they attempted to notify me 1 hour before I went back to the hostess stand to ask how much longer. And our waitress was great so I attempted to leave her $100 tip and she wouldn’t take it. I was kinda shocked and honestly felt like she was being rude refusing my tip. This location was not as great as some of the others I’ve gone to honestly

We have been Texas roadhouse many times. Has always been great. Other than maybe one exception. This time was a horrible experience. Took my wife there for her big 60th birthday. Everything going just fine at first, then they brought our food out. I ordered my steak medium, it came out, very rare, which I’m OK with. Wife ordered her medium well.. It came up, almost burnt. It was so very well done. She sent her steak back, and 20 minutes later, they brought hers out. Granted I had already finished eating, so she was just sitting there the whole time. Her steak finally came out and this time, it was very medium rare. Didn’t want to send it back for a second time so she just ate Around the edges to where it wasn’t as blood red. The waitress was very unattended, and very unconcerned. When I called the manager over there, she said, I was afraid it was going to be way underdone. I refused to pay for her steak.Again,, an absolutely horrible experience, especially considering it was supposed to be a special day for my sweetheart.
This place has to be one of my families favorite place to go out to eat. Great job to everyone at Texas Roadhouse. Kudo's!!!!!Vegetarian options: Not only do they they a lot of beef ready to be served. This place also has a lot of veggies ready to be sauteed up.Parking: If you cannot find parking that could mean wait for a few minutes and I'll bet that there will be parking available.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. Very respectfully open to kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There is even places to roll up in side waiting ready for anybody with wheels.
March 21st me and my family went to eat we ordered steak mine came over cooked dry and crispy it was post to be medium well. Chance didn't check on us until we were waiting on the remake of 2nd steak then when we were done. Never came to give us refill on drinks or took our dirty plates away. But when he came the 2nd time to give us our receipt. We told him there was a cockroach crawling on our booth. He said he never saw cockroaches here. My daughter showed him it's dead on the floor. He put gloves on, picked it up and took it to the manager on duty. She came out to say the server said you saw a bug. We told her no it was a cockroach. She was trying to convince us that a cockroach was a bug instead. But I guess that's what they call cockroaches now a days at restaurants "bugs". My daughter told her the server picked it up, all she said we will get an exterminator. Don't know what the point was for her coming out just to convince us that what we saw was not a cockroach that it was a bug instead. Nice! This place is so busy all the time. Making money and they can't afford an exterminator to come out until a customer complains about it.
