We ordered 2 ribeyes tonight for pick-up. Sixty some dollars. Asked for well done because I can’t eat bloody meat with a kidney transplant. Got 2 brown, bloody sponges. I mean, they were VERY rare. Did ya just walk it through a hot room? Thanks for having me basically cook my own dinner tonight. Kinda defeats the purpose of pick-up. Sorry, gotta go reheat my potato now with my half of roll since you only sent one.
We were craving Steak Express. Ordered a family of 4 steaks today. The steaks were so rubbery and curled up I couldn’t even cut or chew up one bite. My 10 year old granddaughter chewed and chewed on a bite like it was bubble gum.
So disappointed:(
