Traveled 45 miles to get supper yesterday only to be greeted with a permanent closed sign
I don't know what's going on with them. But there number doesn't go through. Im very angry and dissatisfied

My man and I love to go get the teas all the time
Picked up burgers that we ordered online. They were severely overcooked to the point of being crunchy and they neglected to put our chips in with it. When I called the store about the issues I spoke to Dakota who offered a refund and then when I opted for the refund he went back on that and said no. He didn't know the name of the owner nore did he know the name of the general manager, who he said was out on a delivery. Who works for a place and doesnt know their managers name?? Very disappointed and definitely wont be back.
My recent delivery experience from this restaurant was an unmitigated disaster. The supposedly grilled steak arrived overcooked, dry, and flavorless, clearly cooked on a flat top instead of a grill. To add insult to injury, the accompanying lettuce was wilted and old, a clear indication of lazy preparation and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Worst food I ever had!! Ordered a deliver after driving in from Phoenix. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a baked potato and salad. Took almost a hour to get , that wasn't the issue. The burger had no cheese at all and the thing was so over cooked it was completely hard as a rock and black as hell.
The salid was missing. Called to try to get this resolved and who ever answered the phone had no idea what to do and put me on hold, came back a while later was told the order would be replaced but it would take a hour! When it showed up the burger was to dry to eat and the lettuce tomato and onion that had come with the first order (that they wanted back) was missing. The baked potato was so over cooked it was like eating 200 degre mashed potatoes!
Long story short I dumped it in the trash and ordered a pizze!!!
$27 dollars + tip in the trash.

My first time visiting this location, and it was the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. I usually go to the one in my hometown, and they always have great customer service — but this one was just horrible. I placed my order, and the worker got upset, telling me it would take 20 minutes or more i am aware of the waiting time because i know this place and that’s totally fine but the service the worker offer was the worst one , as if I was an inconvenience. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at this chain.

I always order from here 2 times a month and now all of a sudden im no longer in the delivery area. The person on the phone Mike was very rude when I tried to explain I'm always on the delivery area so because of that I no longer can eat today

Most disappointing $73 ever spent! Steak was supposed to be medium well, it was rare! We were supposed to each have a potato with our meal, but when we got there to pick the food up they told us that they only had 1. Food was not ready when we got there, and was way undercooked! Won't go back!

The staff are good the cooks need to learn how to cook a steak properly. this is the fifth time I have ordered from this place they have always gotten something wrong. Today I ordered a medium steak tip and asked for it to be medium rare to medium however I wound up with well done I couldn't even chew into it.

Called in a pick up order and drive across town to get it, but when I got back home I realized it was the wrong order. I called the store and the manager said I would have to drive back across town and bring them the food back.
When I get to the store I go in and the manager takes the food from me and hands it to the lady at the drive through window.
She then proceeds to say all they can do for my trouble is give me a free slice of cheesecake.
This is absolutely ridiculous for multiple reasons.
I would also like to throw in that when I went into the store none of the employees had gloves on or hair nets yet they were all handling the food.
