Called in a pick up order and drive across town to get it, but when I got back home I realized it was the wrong order. I called the store and the manager said I would have to drive back across town and bring them the food back.
When I get to the store I go in and the manager takes the food from me and hands it to the lady at the drive through window.
She then proceeds to say all they can do for my trouble is give me a free slice of cheesecake.
This is absolutely ridiculous for multiple reasons.
I would also like to throw in that when I went into the store none of the employees had gloves on or hair nets yet they were all handling the food.

Second time in a row got the wrong order, tried calling they don't answer the phone definitely has gone down hill.

55 minute wait time but I was ok with that until it turned into an hour & 15 min & management was like we only have one driver during the day. & why or how should that be my problem. First & last time ordering from this place. Do better!!

The food here is great, but they have a terrible delivery area! I live exactly 5.3 miles from the restaurant, or about 10 minutes away and was told that it cost them too much to pay the drivers to go that far. Now they have delivered to me before at this same address so I am not sure why they won't now. Although I loved ordering from them I guess I will not be ordering it anymore.

Okay so the first time that I've had this steak there it sucked ask for medium rare and they gave me well done how do you mess up a medium rare steak it doesn't take a genius to figure it out you know it's the first time and then I called back and they want to just give me a discount of 20% when I spent almost 50 bucks oh that was a slap in the face anyway if you order a steak do not order it from there they suck when I manage a restaurant I give the customer a free meal the next time they came in not no 20% off that's only like like $2 better cooks or better managers if you want to keep your customers make them happy

It was great until they forgot the lettuce, tomatoes. It was just the meat and cheese. To my surprise that’s how it looked when we opened the burger up. No vegetables?

Freaking delicious! Ordered the Chop steak for 2 meal. Added jack cheese, bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms. So good. Ate every last bite. Perfection!

We ordered 2 ribeyes tonight for pick-up. Sixty some dollars. Asked for well done because I can’t eat bloody meat with a kidney transplant. Got 2 brown, bloody sponges. I mean, they were VERY rare. Did ya just walk it through a hot room? Thanks for having me basically cook my own dinner tonight. Kinda defeats the purpose of pick-up. Sorry, gotta go reheat my potato now with my half of roll since you only sent one.

Two different times I ordered the large ribeye,both times I ordered it medium/to medium well both times when I got home it was rare. For damn near $30.00 I will buy my own steak and potato and cook it myself. I wouldn't recommend going there.

The front desk suggested that we order a delivery here when we arrived at our hotel late at night. And we were surprised at how good everything tasted! Our item was delivered promptly, and they got everything exactly right. Can’t comment on the at restaurant atmosphere but if you’re staying in a near by hotel definitely opt for the delivery/ pickup, Thank you!
