careful with your change just had a female on Georgia try and keep my change from a huge Ryan Palmer I gave a $10 only gave me 94 cents back. I tolder I gave you a 10 right away gave me my $5 without opening the drawer and claimed she forgot.

Dragging a service trailer down to the Canyon Farmers Market and selling only the 44oz for 6.00 is ridiculous. I'm a regular customer but damn, talking about over charging!

Tea was amazing! Staff was not. I’m not a regular customer but would definitely not visit again. Cashier at drive thru seemed annoyed by me not knowing the menu well. She also made me uncomfortable at the window and didn’t even finish her sentence of “Have a blessed….” & closed the window. Mean girls create an unwelcoming environment here.

This place is amazing! I love all types of tea and tea is my usual drink of choice as I do not like coffee and try not to drink a lot of soda. So this place was heaven. I love all the different types of flavors plus having the option between unsweetened and sweeten. I even bought a bag to bring back home to Colorado. However, today I just found out there is HTeaO in Loveland which is near me so I am super excited!

The product and the prices are fantastic. However, they just do not care about people's time. Took me 15 minutes to get one drink. Instead of ringing people up, the cashier was filling water bottles. One after the other as the line gets longer and longer.

Finally the line starts to move and just as I'm about to be helped, the same cashier has to have a drawn out conversation with the person ahead of me.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and absolutely no appreciation of people's time. I can get in and out of Circle K in 30 seconds with their self check out. This place needs something like that if you're just gonna get teas.

It also wasn't just me. All the people on line were saying something. We kinda got to know each other as we just couldn't understand why they wouldn't move the line.

I’m writing this review hoping someone will see it and make a change.
We LOVE walking over during work hours and getting iced coffees for our staff. Their coffee is SO good! 3 times now, I have asked for oat milk in my cold brew (milk makes me so sick), and they aren’t careful and give me dairy. I don’t notice until I’m half way through my coffee and get really sick. They don’t mark the cups or anything and when it’s busy, it’s very easy for them to mess up. I know I’m the minority not able to have dairy, but I do wish they were more organized in this way for people with severe allergies. I love their coffee and order it often, so I wish I could trust my drink every time. Now I’m just scared to order it again. Please have a sticker system! I’m still giving 4 stars because we are a food business and understand the power of a bad review and only want your business to continue to thrive!
