I’m writing this review hoping someone will see it and make a change. We LOVE walking over during work hours and getting iced coffees for our staff. Their coffee is SO good! 3 times now, I have asked for oat milk in my cold brew (milk makes me so sick), and they aren’t careful and give me dairy. I don’t notice until I’m half way through my coffee and get really sick. They don’t mark the cups or anything and when it’s busy, it’s very easy for them to mess up. I know I’m the minority not able to have dairy, but I do wish they were more organized in this way for people with severe allergies. I love their coffee and order it often, so I wish I could trust my drink every time. Now I’m just scared to order it again. Please have a sticker system! I’m still giving 4 stars because we are a food business and understand the power of a bad review and only want your business to continue to thrive!

Just pulled up and gave Texas Tea on Wolflin a coupon for a free drink - from Waterstill… so embarrassing first of all. But THEY STILL HONORED IT. And they even gave me the coupon back so I could go use it at the correct business ? I’m good though. Texas Tea is the only tea I want. Clearly.

The girl working the register was very rude, if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.
I come here everyday and the customer service always so rude bunch of teenagers acting childish and messed up my drinks plenty of times and always laughing when opening the drive thru window there tea is great but the workers are very childish

Use to go ..till last week when a guy....asked me for my order. Repeated 4 times. Get to window and didn't make my order. Stated he did not. It is redundant to repeat,but then not make.
