I love their variety of teas to choose from. The staff is always friendly.
I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before 8 and nobody answered the speaker. Then I pulled up and they said they were closed. I waited from 7:50 & the website says open until 8:05. I was told they are able to close at 8 but problem is I was there 10 minutes before that. Not impressed.
Allways the Best tea in town
Normally very good service but I only purchase the refillable jugs. Then your told the lobby is closed do to staffing and they won’t refill through the drive through. So basically go to another store or you’re out of luck. Do better Texas tea
Ok service but water is not Filtered taste like bleach tap water
I get being busy and crowed but employee saying "Excuse me sir or not" before I even have time to register he was talking to me or even move.Guess that's what you get with youth today.
I've tea is a thing here in North Texas. It is Alice and wellTexas Tea is where it's at. I personally love the Georgia peach unsweetened tea or the peach sweet tea with ginger...yum
I have no idea why anyone hasn't told them but their tea has a mildew taste to it. I got one today and was disgusted it taste like they make tea with dish water or something. The last time I came here was like 3 weeks ago and the tea tasted the exact same like it was made with dish water! I made sure to get a different flavor this time and it was still gross. It's just at this location because I have had tea at all the orger location and they taste fine. Please taste your tea here at this location because something is not right!

Peach ginger grean tea is the best
We love this place however the girl working Saturday 11/11 (drive-thru operator) could use customer service training. Lots of attitude this afternoon
Customer service is lacking. Kids just goofing off and on their phones.
