Greta service and great products!
I asked the girl for a receipt for my points and left due to work I was in a hurry she forgot to give me the receipt called like two minutes after I drove off asked if I can get a receipt. The guy didn’t sound too happy and said nothing can be done. Kind of explained myself. I just left two minutes ago. Can I at least go back and pick up my receipt he said I could not Was a bummer because I spent over $16.
What can I say, this by far is the BEST tea I’ve ever had. The quality and friendly staff is the reason I keep coming back. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won’t be disappointed!

My mom spent over 20 dollars for thanksgiving on this tea it was horrible no flavor and it tasted like tap water. So disappointed that you pay so much for tea and it was horrible. Do not recommend this place
Every time I go to Texas T is a joy! I get the tea I want from very nice people and I got a cousin in Allen Texas hooked on it and they finally got their own H T O! It’s always a treat!

I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before 8 and nobody answered the speaker. Then I pulled up and they said they were closed. I waited from 7:50 & the website says open until 8:05. I was told they are able to close at 8 but problem is I was there 10 minutes before that. Not impressed.

Normally very good service but I only purchase the refillable jugs. Then your told the lobby is closed do to staffing and they won’t refill through the drive through. So basically go to another store or you’re out of luck. Do better Texas tea
Ok service but water is not Filtered taste like bleach tap water
I get being busy and crowed but employee saying "Excuse me sir or not" before I even have time to register he was talking to me or even move.Guess that's what you get with youth today.
I've tea is a thing here in North Texas. It is Alice and wellTexas Tea is where it's at. I personally love the Georgia peach unsweetened tea or the peach sweet tea with ginger...yum
