Local food truck with a small but ever changing menu. One of the only fully vegan stops in Amarillo.Got the chili fries, brussel sprouts, and lavender lemonade. All were spectacular! The flavors in the chili fries were crafted perfectly. I never thought mustard would go with chili, but it fit so well! The brussel sprouts were fantastically tender and were lightly, but perfectly, sauced with a sweet chili sauce. This allowed the sauce to deliciously compliment the natural brussel sprout flavor. The lemonade was sweet, tart, and refreshing!The staff was super accommodating and passionate. They know what they are doing when it comes to fusing flavors in their food. Fantastic food, and fantastic service! If they're at their mothership at Western business Park, or anywhere they land around town, it's always worth going by and getting nachos, burritos, and wings! Their bacon is also ao good, and the best plant based bacon I've ever had. Get it on their salads with their homemade ranch. 10/10

All of the food I've had here is phenomenal. The owners make every interaction so fun. I often end up going to events I wouldn't have solely to grab some grub from this awesome food truck. Also - the desert nachos.. I still dream of them. Sadly I wasn't able to get a picture before they were gone. I can't wait to snag them again when available.

The weird place is awesome! First of all, such a cool truck, welcoming and safe environment. The owners were such a delight, really kind humans. Second, THE FOOD: My gosh, so stinkin’ good! We had the Jambi and it was to die for, the fries are great as well! We will be back again! Love, love, LOVE this place!
