Ordered nutter buddy online last night paid for extra peanut butter and wasn’t put on. Decided to order another one today but went to location this time. Asked cashier/manager Zoe how it worked when ordered extra because it’s only on top and this where it usually is. She said she puts in the middle and on top. So when I got home I didn’t have extra peanut butter but yet got charged again. The problem was that when I called they argued that it was on bottom when I’m clearly looking at it and it isn’t.when I told her if I take it up there and it isn’t there how ya gonna make it right all she said was I refunded it and it should be in your card in 3 days. Wasn’t friendly at all. At that I tipped her I should have got tip back as well

I normally love this açaí bar and come here often because the bowls are always fresh and delicious. However, during my last visit I overheard staff talking about a mouse, it could have been from other places around them or the cold weather bringing it in because I have never had this issue before. I’m hoping it was handled quickly because this is usually one of my favorite spots, and I’d love to continue coming back with confidence.

I AM OBSESSED! I go here at least every day if not twice a day when I visit Amarillo. I have a severe gluten allergy, and they take care of me! I get bowls, toast, smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt. Like I said, I can't recommend it more highly. The people who work there are also super friendly! GO!!!!!!

Visiting from San Diego and was so happy to find this place! Great spot in the middle of my road trip to get something healthy, vegan, and gluten free! Great choices, fast service. Delicious! Will definitely stop in again!

We got the all American acai bowl and the green gator smoothie that was recommended to us by the staff. The service was good and so was our bowl and smoothie. Look forward to trying the other menu items.
I enjoy acai bar very much but after a visit at the gym with a friend we were really looking forward to a bowl, our bowl came out completely frozen in clumps and completely flavorless. Very disappointed definitely recommend the other location! I will say the workers were really nice but the bowl was not good!

Small little business, only 1 or 2 people working but they make everything fresh to order, so you will have about a 5-10 minute wait if there is a little bit of a line. For 1 16oz acai bowl, with plant protein it was about 20$.

I have never had an issue at this location until today. They were quick to fix one of my orders that I realized was wrong before i got to far. I didnt realize the 2nd bowl I had was wrong also until I got home. I didnt want to go back for the 2nd time to get it corrected. Hopefully they start paying attention to substitutes and add ons.
