Love this place

The paleta bar has plenty of options and varieties but beware it gets restocked on Monday’s so Sunday nights can be limited on flavors. Additionally if you are coming in with the mindset that the place is similar to paleterias…. You will find the prices too expensive. It’s a store with a modern/urban twist to a Latino classic. Service was kind and friendly.

Very clean place! Everything was delicious but a little more pricey than I expected. But definitely worth trying at least once!

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The young men working were very polite and patient as they helped me triple check my order cuz I could not believe the price I paid. This review is for the owner or whoever decides the pricing. I paid close to $10 for one popsicle with a small scoop of watermelon. The popsicle itself was about $3 which is fine because it’s supposedly gourmet. So how does one 1/2 cup scoop of watermelon make that a $10 order??? You can literally buy an entire watermelon at Walmart for $3. I feel robbed.

So yummy! 1st time trying and so many options to chose from! Will be back!

This place was great. We were visiting from the Austin area and the customization options were definitely unique to us. You can sample all of their paleta flavors which were a plus. This a definite must try!

Worst customer service i have EVER experienced. They weren’t welcoming at all. It was my first time coming here and i felt very judged. Do better.

The Paleta Bar Amarillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited here this evening and the team of young adult servers were phenomenal! I believe there were 4 or 5 servers that were working and every single one had the absolute greatest manners, even said Yes Ma’am to my toddler! Such a friendly, respectful group that deserves a shout out.

The Paleta Bar in Amarillo is a must-visit! The selection of paletas (Mexican popsicles) is amazing, and the ability to customize them with different dips and toppings makes the experience even better. I tried the pistachio flavor —absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, the store was super clean, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. Whether you're looking for a sweet treat for yourself or a fun outing with family and friends, this place is perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to cut up our bars so we could share with kiddos. It was a great experience and keeps us coming back time and time again.
