New ownership sucks! When you have people in line for 20 minutes before closing, you serve the customers that were in line before closing. Don’t walk away from the drive through and act like no one is home and send away several hungry customers, who waited patiently just to save maybe 10 minutes on your closing time. This is the first time we’ve been back since the new owner took over and are obviously super pleased with our experience in their way of running a business

The food was flipin great the portions of the combos were HUGE you could have it for 1-3 meals depending on the person. The service was fast, patient, and kind. The place was pretty cool beans if you ask me, would recommend.

I used to love the potato factory. Not sure what has happened but the bbq was inedible and my potato was super dry. While waiting for them to make it, a young man in a tank top was cussing up a storm. Very unappealing atmosphere and food, will not be back.
