It was the first time that I was in the new building. I went in for lunch with a friend. I ordered the chopped beef and an order of fries. The chopped beef was just as good as always and the fries were perfect. The restaurant was neat and clean and the service was friendly and attentive.
Ate at Robinsons for years, love the new place and atmosphere! And you have AC!!! Yipee!! I feel the food is even better than it was at the old place! Excellent service and they have alcohol now!The ribs were wonderfully juicy and smoked, the delicious potato salad was a dish from the past, a great memory of eastern Oklahoma. I had driven by the old location multiple times since we moved to Amarillo and finally decided to try the food. All of the people at the new location were friendly. Food was so so. I thought that I ordered a hot link sandwich and fries but what I got was chopped brisket and sausage that didn't taste like any hot link that I've ever had. Waited for the fried because they had to cook them. When they arrived the fries were hot but also limp, soggy and oily which is indicative...
