For truckers delivering to tri-state baking co. Go to gate one, just before the railroad tracks. Check in at the gate. Go straight back until you see the building on the right. Turn left and you will be looking at the entrance for tri state.

How do we tell the expiration on the bread? I keep looking but I can’t figure it out.

This is the most horrible bread I have ever tasted in my life.I bought the Jumbo sliced hamburger buns 2 days ago. I opened the package and the buns were old and stale. I took one bite and threw the rest of the bun in the garbage. Even my dog would not eat it. I left some beef brisket and juices on the bun, so my dog might eat it and there was no way she would touch it. After spending almost three dollars for this garbage, I want to be re-imbursed. I tried calling the company and they won't answer the phone. I guess the phone lines are tied up with complaints about this crap they sell.

Once again I find the rye bread with nearly raw under-cooked sticky dough. This is my third complaint. Charge me more but bake it properly.

Excellent bread, way better than some name brands we've been buying.

I have been buying the Tender Crust bread for years. But now that you have changed how you make it... Im done. You know put SOO much air in it that the bread can't even stand spreading of pb&j! I would rather you just increase the cost per loaf then fall into shrinknation. Bye.

Pretty chaotic place but overall great experience. Lots of different facilities but the guard staff give you pretty clear directions. I was headed to bakery side which has no real checkin but went up to a door with window and flagged a guy down. Was unloaded with paperwork 1 hr before my appt. Overnight on street.

The bread I’ve had from this company taste great, I really enjoy the Texas toast.

i have bought the Rye bread for years. I found it to be dense and would hold up to sandwich fixin's. Now, the new change in recipe gets soggy on ketchup or mayonaise/tomatoe. It falls apart spreading butter or jam. I guess I wil make my own bread now!

I worked at the bakery for almost 5yrs. In that time I've seen a horrific amount of violations, the worse one that I seen was-the cooling rack, this is the conveyor that the bread rests on while the bread cools down. This conveyor looks like it's covered in earwax! Totally unsafe and unsanitary! This is just the first of many violations, the bread coming out of the proof box, this is where the bread is still dough- it goes in there to rise, the proof box has BLACK MOLD growth all over the top & blows air on the bread !

The hotdog buns were terrible, top crust crumbled up while trying to eat it. It's not even worth returning to the store at a $1.25. It's going in the garbage. Now I have to go to another store and get some better buns. Smh

I would never ever buy this bread or recommend anyone else to. Almost done with this loaf, I grabbed it and instantly was confused when I looked at it. I thought for a moment it was some sort of chocolate chip bread because I saw two big dark chunks cooked into the bottom few pieces of bread. I broke the pieces out from the outside of the plastic only to find two huge pieces of what looks to be large arteries from a small animal. Call me crazy. But they are shaped like it and are thick, porous tubes branching off like an artery. The texture and color also resembled a body like part. This was cooked into the bread. I will post some photos as well. This isn’t some fly or plastic. Do not buy this bread.
