its alright. the people really arent there to explain or recommend anything kinda like they dont sample or buy they own products last 3 times all diffrent cashiers all three recommend something another customer had ordered but didnt kno what it tasted like .

Açaí bowl was good, nothing special. When we got the chia bowl, a hair was sticking out of it, so we asked for it to be remade. The employee simply went out of view (not to the counter where they actually make them) and returned with more honey on the same bowl. The Chia banana blast smoothie was blander than the loud pop music. There are too many employees working for how little customers there are, they are clearly bored and done, causing them to be very short with customers.

The food didn't taste bad but I noticed the lettuce seemed a bit old or may have been stored wrongly. I've been sickly since eating here and I don't normally get food poisoning. I ate here yesterday around 2 or 3 with my husband. I ordered the Baja chicken wrap and a pomegranate smoothie. The wrap had good tastes but further towards the ends of both wraps where the lettuce was mostly located had a mushy dark green coloration. I didn't finish the ends and left feeling nauseous. Not going to order here again. Sorry.
Never been here before but had a previous smoothie. Let's just say I liked it and wanted more. They are very delicious. These smoothies just Might become my new addiction, thanks to a friend!

Food is good but it seems like the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of customers and doordash orders, floor was dirty chips and small trash everywhere for the entire time we were there.

I recently went to this location and experienced some of the worst customer service. I walked in and waited for over 5 minutes while several employees saw me standing up front and one in particular sitting and texting on her cell phone in the back. One employee finally had to ask her to come up front and help due to several customers coming and after me. The food and smoothies are always very good but unfortunately the service was awful and definitely should be addressed.

Have to add to the recent 1 star reviews. Kind of floored by the poor service I received here today. I walked in wanting to order my usual smoothie and wrap, and the girl taking my order was fine until a man walked in behind me. She immediately stopped talking to me and asked him “the usual?” And he said yes. All before my order was even done or paid for. She then rang up the rest of my order and didn’t ask me the side I wanted. She chose baked lays for me. The best part was that she went back behind the counter, made the “usual” guy his smoothie, handed it to him for FREE, and THEN proceeded to make mine. I don’t know who the store manager at this location is, but I would recommend some remedial training for your staff in the near future.
