Never been here before but had a previous smoothie. Let's just say I liked it and wanted more. They are very delicious. These smoothies just Might become my new addiction, thanks to a friend!

Food is good but it seems like the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of customers and doordash orders, floor was dirty chips and small trash everywhere for the entire time we were there.

I recently went to this location and experienced some of the worst customer service. I walked in and waited for over 5 minutes while several employees saw me standing up front and one in particular sitting and texting on her cell phone in the back. One employee finally had to ask her to come up front and help due to several customers coming and after me. The food and smoothies are always very good but unfortunately the service was awful and definitely should be addressed.

Have to add to the recent 1 star reviews. Kind of floored by the poor service I received here today. I walked in wanting to order my usual smoothie and wrap, and the girl taking my order was fine until a man walked in behind me. She immediately stopped talking to me and asked him “the usual?” And he said yes. All before my order was even done or paid for. She then rang up the rest of my order and didn’t ask me the side I wanted. She chose baked lays for me. The best part was that she went back behind the counter, made the “usual” guy his smoothie, handed it to him for FREE, and THEN proceeded to make mine. I don’t know who the store manager at this location is, but I would recommend some remedial training for your staff in the near future.

Walked in at 7:55, they close at 9pm and no other customers were in there. One of the ladies up front said that they’re not taking any more orders because they’re “short staffed”. Sounds like pure laziness to me. All I wanted was an açaí bowl, which are probably premade.

I’d rate zero stars if I could. Girl working the counter Monday evening rolled her eyes when we came in at 8:15. They close at 9:00 so it wasn’t like we were close to closing time. She told us they weren’t serving food anymore. I’m tired of terrible service and lazy, rude workers in this town. We left without ordering anything. Won’t be back.

We walked in & there was not a single person in there. The cashier did not say a single word, just stared at me as we ordered. After ordering we look for a seat to find EVERY TABLE is dirty. Shortly after taking a seat they become somewhat busy. I received my order after waiting 20 minutes, my mom on the other hand ordered a açaí bowl and waited almost 40 minutes until we just asked for a refund. Mind you people were walking in and out with smoothies and food in the meantime. Horrible experience all around.

Awful customer service. Went in noticed they were a little busy but was going to wait anyways to order. Was in there 10 minutes and never greeted to say we will be with you shortly or anything. Needless to say I left empty handed.
